“I’ve been here many times in the past few years. The staff is always kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They’ve dealt professionally with other unkind customers. The services that are offered at the UPS store never cease to impress. My last visit was to return a Spectrum modem which I had tried to do at the Spectrum office but I wasn’t willing to wait hours. So I was very happy to take it to the UPS Store a few hundred yards away instead and have it taken care of in just 5 minutes. I’m very happy to have the UPS Store in my community. They’re a big asset to Harker Heights!I had an especially pleasant, knowledgeable, and impressive young man helping me Friday, Hervey. He was outstanding!!! But honestly, everyone there is always great.”

“My earlier review (sometime back in early January) started with a resounding positive review towards the excellent service provided at the Trimmier Store location. That positive review still stands. However, after many follow-ups in tracking whether my package had been delivered (a signature had been requested upon delivery and, unfortunately, the recipient had not responded). Long story short: navigating thru their tracking system was like navigating thru a mine field, constant redirection thru a maze of sites until I finally found where I could redirect to UPS and asked them to deliver the package without a signature request. This whole event started as a post holiday Christmas delivery in early January ended exactly 2 months later in the hands of the recipient. WHEW!! End of story.?”

“The customer service here was phenomenal. The service was fast & they explained everything to me. I learn some history of the business center & learned that it was a black owned business owned by the church nearby. I felt very welcomed & was grateful to find this jewel.”

Ashley and Logan have been particularly helpful and welcoming. They will treat you with respect and take care of all your shipping/packing needs. 100% recommend.”

“Anytime I come to the store I get the best service. It's straight and to the point. As of recently the service has been better. The store is clean and quick. I'll be going to this one more often. I live closer to the one on forthood street but they seem a bit ghetto at times, so I make my way over to the stan schleuter location. Thanks to the wonderful management for helping me get my packages to where they need to be and for laminating things I need for work.”
