I’ve learned that it’s best to visit or call your local Mattress Firm store. That way, if anything goes wrong, you have someone who can help resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

I’ve always ordered online, which worked great—until it didn’t.

My local store in Harker Heights, TX is fantastic. Gabe and the entire team are amazing to work with. Since my issue involved an online order, it took a little longer to resolve, but in the end, my family woke up happy 😀—and that’s what matters most.

I’ve been using Mattress Firm for years and fell in love with their bamboo memory foam mattresses—the quality and price are both excellent. I’ve purchased three myself, and several family members and friends have since bought their own after trying mine.

My sister and I recently moved to Texas and needed new mattresses quickly. I’ve always placed online orders, which had been a great experience—until I ran into an issue. One of my shipments was delayed; I received my pillow, but the rest of my family’s pillows hadn’t arrived. Thankfully, my local store in Harker Heights stepped in and helped make it right. In the end, my family woke up happy with their new pillows.

I had placed an order at the end of February for a mattress, mattress protector, and sheets. Everything arrived quickly, was reasonably priced for an unplanned purchase, and I absolutely love it. I placed a second order a week later with the same items, plus additional pillows for the rest of the family.

Through this experience, I’ve learned it’s always best to connect with your local store—either in person or by phone—so you have someone to assist if anything goes wrong.

The Harker Heights location is wonderful. Gabe and the entire team are amazing. I had the chance to speak with several team members both over the phone and in person, and everyone was helpful and kind. Next time I need anything, I know exactly where I’m going.

“If you’re thinking about buying a Sleep Number bed, I highly recommend asking for Alisha at the Harker Heights location!

I first stopped by in November 2025 just to try out the beds with absolutely no intention of buying one that day. From the very beginning, Alisha was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. Instead, she would occasionally text me whenever there was a good promotion, simply keeping me informed without being pushy.

When the Fourth of July sale came around this year, she reached out again and provided several different quotes based on what I was looking for. My husband had never tried a Sleep Number bed before, so we went back to test them together. We originally thought we’d purchase a more budget-friendly model, but after trying them side by side, we realized the Comfort Next Luxe Flex King was the right fit for us. It cost more than we had planned, but as we’ve gotten older, we’ve learned that you really can’t put a price on a great night’s sleep.

Alisha made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. She answered every question we had, explained the differences between the models, and truly wanted us to find the bed that was best for us not just make a sale.
