“GABE at this location was amazing! I rarely leave reviews but I was so impressed with Gabe’s customer service skills that I have no choice but to leave an amazing review. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very personable. He made the process extremely easy. If you’re looking for a mattress, stop in this location and look for Gabe.”
“After visiting the Killeen store and speaking with an associate, I was guided to look online for the style of couch since none in the store were exactly what I wanted. Alyssa made some suggestions and explained the shipping and return policy. With reassurances that if I ordered online and the sofa was not actually comfortable or didn't fit the space, I more confidently looked online and found a sofa. I placed an order over the phone with Alyssa. Ordering and payment were easy and fast. Alyssa provided outstanding service and recommendations.”
