“For the most part my experiences are positive. The carriers are human but do go the extra mile to the point of bringing my pkgs and mail to the door. Once in a while I will receive the wrong mail but usually I will just take it to my neighbor if it happens. I don't have a PO box so can't comment on that. For the most part I don't have to wait in a long line and if I do it isn't long. My issue is the closing times. I have arrived before closing and the doors are already closed and locked. It hasn't been recently but it has happened on more than one occasion. I appreciate having a PO in town. Thank you for your services.”

“The Nolanville post office is really a gem. The employees are always friendly and courteous. Ms Marjorie always take the time to ensure the customer feels valued. She provides information on shipping/mailing process, no matter how time consuming—she always has a smile. It is a small office but it has a might impact on it’s customers.”

“Long lines. Had 2 (slow) people working, the line was almost out the door. Then one of them left and started cleaning up leaving the 1st girl all to herself. At the end of the day- people always fill up the lobby- should have a Minimum of 2 people.”

“The people helping me with passport were gruff with me, which was a bit scary. However, they were extremely helpful and accommodating when I had trouble with making the correct copies of documents for passport. They let me get what I needed then come back, and made sure I understood how to make the correct copies. I feel like if it were someone else, I would have had to reschedule for a much later date, since I initially had trouble understanding what was needed and wasn't prepared.”

“Jose from HH USPS was able to help me out. He had a positive attitude and very nice start to finish. I was not able to get into my mailbox after moving to a new location. He followed me to the mailbox and got me set up. I was able to get my keys!”
