“Excellent Customer Service located here. This USPS post office is a hidden gem. I'd like to commend Ryan S. for his exceptional customer service. This is someone that knows how to speak to people and treat customers as they should be treated. Every time I come here I'm taken care of swiftly and leave feeling good about the overall experience. Good job to the staff / team!!!”

“Clerk was nice and friendly.
The only problem is that the incorrect postage was charged and the package was returned for insufficient postage two weeks later.”

“Long lines. Had 2 (slow) people working, the line was almost out the door. Then one of them left and started cleaning up leaving the 1st girl all to herself. At the end of the day- people always fill up the lobby- should have a Minimum of 2 people.”
“P.o.boxes to rent, mailer variations, in person verification for address change or a form to mail in, many other mailing needs, passport verification processing area...”
“I didn’t have a bad experience compared to the reviews. The younger black guy helped me and he was very polite the whole time. Very respectful young man.”

“Very surprised by the customer service. They actually took the time to listen to my concerns over a forwarding issue I had by applying online. He took immediate action talked to his supervisor explained the situation and after some approvals everything was fixed. Very professional.”
