“I’ve been here many times in the past few years. The staff is always kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They’ve dealt professionally with other unkind customers. The services that are offered at the UPS store never cease to impress. My last visit was to return a Spectrum modem which I had tried to do at the Spectrum office but I wasn’t willing to wait hours. So I was very happy to take it to the UPS Store a few hundred yards away instead and have it taken care of in just 5 minutes. I’m very happy to have the UPS Store in my community. They’re a big asset to Harker Heights!I had an especially pleasant, knowledgeable, and impressive young man helping me Friday, Hervey. He was outstanding!!! But honestly, everyone there is always great.”

“Needed a file from an CD disk upload to be sent. Well sounds easy enough NO I spend a lot of time at the library and also went to office max trying to get the disk loaded but no luck. The place I never heard of was the ONLY place to make it happen and the staff was very helpful as well. Recommend 10/10”
