““MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE” MeanMuggerTrucker here at Harker Heights Goodwill. From the moment I walked in the front door, the atmosphere was very inviting. It was very easy to navigate my way around due to the staffs organization and marketing skills. Most notably was their wall of hats! Special shout out to the very warm and helpful “green haired” lady (I think her name was Delores); she helped me find the snap button dress shirts I was looking for and even gave her honest opinion about how they looked on me. Great job goodwill! Your friendly staff and clean and organized atmosphere made my visit to your store a memorable experience. I highly recommend you all stop in and see the friendly folks at this location. Keep up the great work!”
“Amazing veteran owned thrift store. I often come and always see the owners helping out people who are in need. The items here are very cheap and you never know what you’re going to find. They constantly have new things come in and out and I’ve gotten many things I’ve needed for my house at a price that can’t be beat. I can’t say enough good things about this place and seeing the good they do for the community every time I visit they’re helping someone! it’s refreshing to see. If you come here get to know the owners/workers, they’re great people!”

“I’ll have to agree with the majority of the other reviewers on the fact that the prices for some of these items can be a little high. However, there is a nice variety of items and a great organization of those items despite the small inside of the building.The ladies that work here are always nice. It’s a once in a while kind of shop for me and I never leave empty handed.”

“Yes, wearing a mask in the store is required and while I was there EVERYONE WORE A MASK and was very friendly. I just enjoyed looking at all of the wares and having the freedom to walk around uninterrupted. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I will be back! ?”

“I’ve been coming here for years and the employees are very welcoming and hardworking. However, the store manager (or district manager) is extremely rude :( I watched her verbally berate 2 cashiers in front of the entire store and then proceed to have a sour attitude the entire time. There’s a proper way to speak to your employees and that was not it. I didn’t notice her smiling or interacting with any customers so not sure what her problem was or why she felt the need to take it out on the employees??♀️??♀️.”

“My husband and I have been in this little shop twice. The volunteers were friendly both times. Their items are reasonably priced. I plan to make this one of my regular shops. I found a really cute outfit priced $5 and got it for $1 on sale. I’m glad some folks don’t like the shop because it was extremely crowded when we went last week.”
