The Verizon store in Killeen, TX took suck good career of my Mom and I. We had issues with my mom's icloud account and they took three hours to get her phone unlocked and they allowed me to take my phone with me so I could transfer all of my items from my cell phone. I would shop here again and would recommend this store to my friends and family.

I made a huge mistake and changed from Verizon to Spectrum mobile. Everything I was told at the point of sale was not true. After speaking with so many incompetent support staff at Spectrum I really started missing Verizon. JOSUE at this store was exceptional. He helped me get my service transferred back to Verizon from Spectrum. He could have blown me off but really went the extra mile and was very patient. Thank you Josue!

I sent my son there for an upgrade and to move him over to his own plan cause I felt like it was time to get him off but at the same time lower my bill, he ended up with Ty and I must say he was amazing and very patient and knowledgeable. Got my bill lowered and ended up upgrading my 2 phones and my son’s phone, thanks again Ty you were exceptional!

Dashon, the store manager at the Harker Heights Verizon store absolutely went beyond the call of duty and saved my life by getting Google problem remedied....for free!!! Excellent service!!! By a true expert!!! I will transfer my service back to Verizon.

Reuel is awesome and profesional he fixed my phone issue within 10 secs of me walking in, I was on the Phone with customer service and Samsung support for hrs and they couldnt fix my issue. Thanks for the great experience and fixing my issue with a smile.

I went in to purchase a new phone, because my phone was recently crushed at work. Ty Evan’s greeted me when I entered the store and was so patient with me and explained how to get me into another phone the same day. Not only that he was so knowledgeable in sales and how to setup and transfer my service to Verizon. He stayed til closing and made sure I was happy and able to have communication before I left! I was so pleased that I’m going back soon to add my sons a line and completely transfer my service carrier to just Verizon!
Thank you so much Mr. Ty Evan’s! You were such a blessing!

Came here because the previous cell phone carrier I was with started majorly messing up after the eclipse. I never felt pressured into getting anything or upgrading service whatsoever.
