Not friendly. The lady there didn’t seem interested in helping. Bank manager is some kid with no clue. I had to go to another PNC location to withdraw money because they didn’t want to help.

They never answer to speak with someone. Deposits take longer to post to acct and money transfers as well compared to when BBVA bank still existed…very frustrating. When they changed from BBVA to PNC, made my life hell. Planning on switching to another bank ASAP
