Your automation is not very smart. Customer service on the phone was poor. I've been waiting on my package for over a week and it turns out it's been at your warehouse for 5 days. No phone call, no email. And no answer or direct line to contact. I'm not satisfied and will not use DHL in the future.

Once Again, I’ve marked down that I’ll pick up package at delivery point; yet they don’t pay attention to what the customer requests. Horrible place. Last time using this DHL FACILITY.
