Both locations, Harlingen and Austin, were extremely helpful. Agent at Austin Location was extremely top notch support. Will definitely be using Enterprise again.

Attitudes and customer service is great but the wait time is extensive, maybe add more employees. They stay positive but you can tell they are rushing and exhausted.
