H-E-B is a grocery store located at 1103 Morgan Blvd in Harlingen. It is a smaller neighborhood store that has all the necessities and more, with lots of choices. The store offers great prices, a good selection of brands, and quality products, including fresh produce and quality meat and seafood from local partners. It provides convenient curbside pickup and delivery. Currently, the location is under construction and things are moved around, making it very crowded with a messy parking lot. The staff is generally friendly, helpful, and intelligent, often going the extra mile. However, some reviews note that products are well-organized while others mention room for improvement in worker training.
Great store! Almost always somethimg going on with their weekly ads unadvertised at store or they dont have the product advertised out on floor, this has happened at different HEB's in Harlingen San Benito area, in reference to meat department
