I’m incredibly frustrated with the recent remodels at two H-E-B locations in Harlingen, TX. The stores are a complete mess—everything is disorganized, shelves are sparsely stocked, and I can barely find anything. Shopping has become a nightmare, with aisles being overcrowded and difficult to navigate. On top of that, the staff seems frustrated and unhelpful, adding to the already negative experience.
To make matters worse, the safety issues are concerning. The sliding doors at one location almost shut on me, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the parking lot design is so poorly planned that I almost hit a pedestrian while trying to leave.
H-E-B used to be a go-to for convenience and quality, but this remodel has ruined the experience. I hope the company addresses these issues soon because right now, it’s not worth shopping here. Very disappointing!

very disappointed in this place I recently bought a salad and it turns out it was 3 weeks past its expiration date, I don’t understand why the employees didn’t remove the item off the shelf knowing its expired
