“The reason for my rating was that they arrived promptly when I called for a wrecker. I thought the price was a little steep. So that brought it down a star. It's still better than having windows broken on your car while it sits unattended on the side of the road.”

“I had a minor accident in my husbands truck and I called the shop to take a look at it. The owner was very honest and gave me a very reasonable qoute I was expecting to have to do a whole paint job and he assured me we.had other options. Took the truck back the next morning and it was ready by the afternoon and he was right you could barley notice anything. He could have easily taken advantage of my situation but was very considerate with my situation. Thank you for excellence customer service from start to finish.”
“I took my car in to get some scratches buffed out. The owner came out did it himself. Done in a half hour. Talked to some other shops first. They said the whole door had to be painted. Good work. Fast. Not half as expensive as the competition.”

“Hpd towed my vehicle lastnight for a brake light being out, I’ve had bad experiences with towing companies so at first I wasn’t fully cooperative, but the towing guy promised me he’d keep his word on releasing my vehicle if I came with the money and my title and Id. I called around 1030/11am and spoke to the owner and she agreed to the same thing and was so nice over the phone! Got there and her mom was just as nice! Humble, nice and understanding.”
