“Junior saved my vacation!! My battery went dead unexpectedly and he got me started again and suggested what I needed to do next to make sure we traveled safely back to Houston. He even gave me some restaurant suggestions for Port Isabel. The frustrating experience became a delightful one. Thank you Junior!”

“Car looks great Subaru Outback. They did an excellent job on the damage to the car. Detail was excellent on the outside. The inside was not good at all,it was dirty everywhere, even the dash where the controls were.Somethings were clean and others were not.In the beginning I had asked for the windshield to be replaced with a new one and it was not done. One tire was low on air because the warning light was on. Great place did a great job on the repairs that were done, but no deep clean detail as I was told. It took over a month to get a fairly quick fix on the car. I would recommend them, and would have pointed out what I was not happy with, but didn't have the car for so long that I didn't want to wait longer. Excellent repairs, but not so good detailing.”
“Honest, Reliable, and made time for me. Fixed the Hydraulic Lift for my bus.No one else in Brownsville wanted to help until I came here at big ninos auto service. Coming back to fix more.Services: Tires”

“Jaime was very careful loading and unloading my Tesla. He took his time so that it wouldn’t incur any more damage or scratches (it’s a very low vehicle). He’s been doing this for a while and you can tell. There’s a skill to this and he mastered it. Thank You Jaime!”
