Just want to say thank you the mail lady that delivers around fountain View Ct. She goes above and beyond to make sure I receive my packages and takes the time to bring them to me. She definitely needs a raise. I have never had an issue when she delivers my mail. I hope she continues to deliver my mail as long as I stay...

It always fast and easy picking up packages, but the environment is really unwelcoming. If there was another way to receive packages i would recommend going with other carriers, but unfortunately the website i purchase from only affiliates with USPS and it is very unfortunate.

The main office is understaffed, at times only one clerk is on duty. A wait in line is common due to the high traffic.
