Upon arriving at the bank at 4:45 pm, while several employees were engaged in conversation, consuming coffee, and remained oblivious to the waiting area, there were three individuals, including myself, patiently awaiting their turn. The bank’s closing time is 5:00 pm, and I attempted to utilize the waitlist QR code provided. However, the link failed to load. Despite my presence, the bank staff did not respond until 5:02 pm, informing me that they were unable to assist me and would require an appointment.

Worst experience at a bank i have had.The only bank teller thats a male working on this day was a complete jerk.I have money in 5 local banks .All of them very professional.This branch on Sunshine Strip has a very rude person working there.Never should be working with the public

Im going to another wells fargo branch because they have no patience to their customers. I was trying to get $40 quarters today at the drive tru but the lady in the screen gave me attitude and stated that you need to go inside of the bank to get quarters, for almost a decade of getting quarters at the drive tru this is the first time i was told to go inside of the bank, she even told me that there were alot of customers that was in the line but i didnt see anybody at the back until i got my quarters, and i was waiting for them for a long time until i get my withdraw. they should give more courtesy and patience on their customers right in front of them instead of worrying the line just to get out of their shift

No ac at the time we went. Waited for more than a hour to only be told to wait for others that had an appointment. Only went for something simple.

It is depressing when you try to get a hold of your bank and no one has a courtesy to pick up the phone.

Called 5 times through out the day and no one answered. Went the next day to ask about depositing a check i had for foreign currency. They flat out denied me and when i asked if thwre was anything i could do they just told me to call the people who gave me the check. Very unhelpful, and felt like i was a burden walming through that door. Will not be going back to this one. Wells fargo on the other side of town is way better, to bad i gotta go to the other side of town to get there.

The workers and atmosphere are awesome!! They're always willing to make sure you have an awesome visit!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a bank!! You will not regret your decision to choose this place!!

So dissatisfied with the help here. I’ve been banking with WF for 10 years personally, 8+ years with a business account and the bankers are no help. They “try” to help but do more harm than good because they do not know their own “products”. I could say so much more but I’ll just say that I’m very disappointed with WF all around.

Poor customer service,they never answer the phone. When I asked why they don’t answer the phone the response I got was a shoulder shrug
