“This place is huge! They have more items than I've ever seen at any Dollar Tree and they were surprisingly very orderly and clean. While most of the check-out registers are self checkout, the guy working was nice and helpful since I had to go to him to get some balloons. As a whole, I was pleasantly surprised.”

“First time at this particular store location. Just wanted to say that the cashier Christi had an amazing personality and lights up the atmosphere of the entire store and made shopping here fun. Businesses just dont realize how important it is to hire people with great friendly personality skills on the front line. “The staff here go above and beyond. I hate going in and bothering them because I know each one has to do a little but if everything: cashier, stock, assist customers, etc. I walk in and look for something and they'll drop what they're doing to go help any way they can. Item doesn't scan, they'll go locate a duplicate and scan it for me within seconds of what it would take me to find it again. Cannot express how much I appreciate them and Dollar Tree stepping up their product game.”

“Crew seems to be understaffed here. Have stopped by a couple times, but do my shopping elsewhere if I can because the people working there are always busy just trying to get everything stocked. The store is pretty disorganized and there's usually a line but they do their best to help as they can and are friendly. The customer service isn't bad but the crew is just spread too thin to operate the store very well”
“Probably the cleanest, nicest Dollar General in North Texas. The employees are always so friendly and willing to help if you need it. I also noticed today they already have out the Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes! Keep up the good work DG!”

I am giving Family Dollar store 5520 off Denton Hwy a five star review for:
Cleanliness, well organized, shelves are stocked, and outside appearance looks great! I spoke to the store manager, Daniel and he is doing a great job with that store.
I used to work for K-Mart as an assistant manager and appearance says a lot along with great customer service. When you keep your store clean, your inventory organized, counted for, and out on the shelves stocked in the right location it makes it better for customers to shop. That store looks good and I bet the revenue & profits shows it as well!!”
“I stopped here this past Friday for a couple of quick grabs. There was an older & younger lady working that were quite pleasant and seemed happy to be there. I’ve noticed most business don’t even say Hi when I enter so I was pleasantly surprised by this.”
“I would like to give a shout out to John on saginaw blvd . I came in this afternoon having a bad day and not only was I greeted with a smile I was asked is there anything he could help me with . I was like hesitant but appreciated the attention he gave me after I walked in . Usually when I visit a dollar general I get looks but no hello how are you. Today I was having a rough day . I truly appreciate John for just acknowledging me . This is rare when it comes to customer service now a days . Not only did he acknowledge me he made small talk and asked me if I needed help finding anything. I just want to say thank you for brightening my afternoon after having a bad day . Never have I ever entered a dollar general and have gotten this kinda customer service . Thank you john and I look forward to visiting more often on saginaw blvd this will be my GD go too.”

“Ducky's next door had closed down their bathrooms due to plumbing problems which have been resolved, but, when I popped my head in Ms. Fiona welcomed me in and allowed me to use the restroom without any hestitation. The restroom was very clean and when I left, Ms. Fiona welcomed me back any time and I plan to shop at her store because of her customer service the next time I'm in that area!!!”
