See, my parents owned the 1st Video Store here in Saginaw & Decatur back in the 80’s & so they fully believed in Helping Thy Neighbor rather it be in the Business World or your neighborhood! I happened to go into Saginaw Furniture Store about 6 or 7 months ago when I was going through one of the worst times of my life & I met Stephen Ferreira & no clue he was the owner & I didn’t find what I was looking for so I went back a couple weeks ago & as soon as I walked in he said hi to me by my name & welcomed me back & I was blown away that he remembered who I was & that’s just 1 thing that sets “Home Town Stores” aside from all the rest & I’ve been in Customer Service/Sales my entire life and Trust Me That Means Something, Everything To People! Needless to say I purchased a Dining Room Set & the Delivery Service Was Also Top Rate! As I mentioned I’m Still Going Through A lot and forgive me for not remembering the 2 gentleman’s names but they were fast, professional and extremely knowledgeable and Kind! That’s something that’s sadly as Rare as Common Sense now days is Kindness! Thank You Stephen & Your Amazing Group Of Workers For Keeping Saginaw Feel Like That Small Town Feeling It Once Was! “I am new to the area and was looking for a TV Console. Friends suggested Adams Furniture. My daughter and went to Justin to check it out. I had friendly customer service. They were very patient with me, gave me websites to look through at home to see what styles were available to go in my home. I was glad to know these products were made in America. I knew from the area they were manufactured they would be quality merchandise. I came from a small town where I regularly purchased from a family owned furniture store. “I live in New York and after receiving a Murphy Bed from another company and returning it because it was made of Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) I decided I would search for a quality bed and pay the extra cost. After dealing with a number of "custom" manufacturers and reading terrible reviews I gave up. Then I came across Wallbeds n More. It was more than half way across the US, but I called anyway. It was a Sunday, so we left a message. Darren called us back that evening and could not have been more helpful. After hearing what I was looking for in a "custom" bed, that had a farm barn look, and was made of real plywood, he explained that I didn't have to pay for a custom bed. He sent me photos of the exact bed I wanted and the price was great. Normally I would be hesitant to order something site unseen, and the color Darren recommended did not look like the color I described I wanted when I saw it online, but he made me so comfortable that I trusted his judgment and ordered the color he recommended. The bed arrived and the quality was every bit as good as he explained, all 3/4" high grade plywood and the color was PERFECT. He gave updates each step of the way until it was delivered and always replied to my emails. Assembly was easy and I couldn't be happier with the bed and service, all from over 1500 miles away!”

“Stopped for a propane refill. Quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went inside to tell them I needed propane, and before I could even walk back to my car and get the tank out, he was opening the gate ready to fill my tank up. I don't see how they could do any better.”
