“When we bought our new home back in Sept 2022, we bought furniture at both SF and NFM.
Fast forward to Jan 2026 and I just want to share that the pieces we bought from SAGINAW FURNITURE, was not only cheaper than NFM but the quality has been far superior to that of the overpriced low quality bulk produced furniture we bought at nfm at the same time.
Ive spent the last 3 weeks just trying to get NFM to honor the 5 year protection plan, through square trade/Allstate. Claiming they would send someone out within 72 hours. After my 20th call to them this morning, I asked can I just hire a different furniture repair company? She wasnt sure but would find out. So, since I tossed Saginaw furniture 's info into this ordeal for the repairs, I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Steve.
Y'all THIS RIGHT HERE is why to do your business with family owned local shops. He was awesome and able to help get the dots connected. He even remembered the custom halltree we bought way back in 2022. We also bought a complete bedroom suite with them. We had been hunting everywhere because I wanted antique white furniture. Having dual base adjustable beds also presented a challenge in finding a headboard to make the adjustable beds look nicer. He found us a custom headboard,footboard and frame all wood and in antigue white , exactly what I wanted. Then they came and built it aroundbour beds! Their guys were fast, friendly, and cleaned up their mess. All the furniture we bought with them, still feels and looks brand new. Its all solid. Nothing loose or anything.
Ok, so why so long to do the review? Thats on me. We got busy with moving ,kids in school, and life. Dealing with needing furniture repair in the junk nfm sold us brought all this back around. After how willing Steve was this morning to help us with this issue, I felt I absolutely needed to make sure people knew how awesome this little shop is. Don't waste your time driving to Dallas. Go see Steve at Saginaw furniture! I dont work for them or know them personally, just a really happy customer and in a world where everyone likes to complain, I just wanted to compliment them.”
“Bought there before and had a great experience so we went back and bought a sofa and recliner. Loved the pieces in the showroom but once we got it delivered we realized we didn't like it as much as we thought. They charged NO restocking fee! We went back and picked out a different sofa and recliner and the switch out went off without a hitch. Eddie and the crew were cordial, informative, no pressure and all around professional. We got some beautiful, AMERICAN MADE furniture at a reasonable price. I loved every aspect of my business dealing with Adam's Furniture and can't recommend them highly enough!”

“Tons of quality pieces of furniture at a more affordable price. A lot of clearance, to fit every style.
The artworks are beautiful and doesn't feel like too many copies available making it less generic than, say Walmart pieces.
The rugs were gorgeous and wonderfully priced. And I loved the food/snack offerings in the store as well! A lot of fun flavors and unique snacks to try.
The staff was friendly as well.”

“I was in a time crunch and went to buy slip resistant shoes from this target I had never been inside, and after a minute of looking I asked a worker for help in the clothing section if Target even sold the product I was looking for. A very kind young lady with glasses and braces checked to see if the store sold non slip shoes and after confirming they had the item, she found out the section and directed me to an equally friendly and direct coworker named DK who very quickly brought me to the right aisle with a perfect match for shoes my size and provided great customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone who enjoys friendly faces and nice people who seem like they genuinely care about getting their job done and helping shoppers find what they need. Thank you Mr DK, and “Melvany?” I believe her name was spelled/pronounced that way.”

“Came in to get a new pillow and mattress cover. Was able to ask the staff on hand if they could hold it for me for about 1 hour as I was on a motorcycle and didn't want to leave 2 very expensive items on my motorcycle unattended while I was in another store. Very nice and helpful staff.”
