“See a lot of one-star reviews and mostly about the USPS. The positive reviews are mostly about the Saginaw location and its staff - as it should be. I usually go to the office near my house but happened to be in Saginaw and needed to mail an important letter. I did not get the young man's name, but he was professional and courteous and not something I have experienced at the locations closer to home. I'll be back.”
“I’ve been getting mail delivered from this post office since I was a kid- and I haven’t had an issue until now! And Lo and behold, Miss Lisa and her team are absolutely on top of it. My package was recovered and delivered to me the very next day after it was misdelivered. We all make mistakes, but a nearly 16 year track record of spotless service with only one mishap that was immediately resolved? Well, I’d say that’s stellar!”
“Drop orders off from my small business here all the time. Always have pre-paid USPS labels so they make it very smooth also with the new Click-N-Ship service. I always simply walk in, skip the line, drop off my packaged, and boom they mark them as shipped and handle them from there. They're always very friendly and my orders get shipped out quickly!! Thank you Roanoke USPS for all of y'alls stellar service.”
“Very nice and helpful people. A lot of reviews aren’t good but this is a small office with only 2 people working it so obviously it’s not going to be as fast but it is not usually packed at all so your in and out within 3-5 minutes.”

“I had an issue with packages delivered in a locker at my cluster mailbox and I left a note for the postman and he actually brought the packages to my house the very next day. I even got a follow up call by Clay to ensure my issue was addressed. Very pleased with this interaction.”

“I came into the post office yesterday to pick up a flat rate box and the customer service was outstanding. Today I went to mail it off and I was greeted with a smile, the place was clean, I didn’t stand in line long, and the customer service was great. He was very patient with everyone and very respectful. This was my first visit here since moving to the area and this has been the best post office visit I have had in a very long time. I no longer dread dealing with rude employees with poor customer service!”

“Scott was the hero of the day for helping track down a missing package; a birthday present for my kiddo. The package was delivered into a parcel locker in my mailbox unit, but I hadn't received a key. I stopped by the post office this morning and the package was placed on my porch this afternoon, so happy!!! Scott was very pleasant and professional. Also appreciated Amy calling this evening to make sure I had recieved the package.”
