This was even though we did not purchase the tire this location which we had bought at Costco who would not honor the manufacturer's warranty”
“UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!! Thank you so much Jose! After calling a couple of yahoos who wanted to charge 70-80$ for a used tire, I called Discount Tire. I told Jose what I could afford to pay and he didn't charge me a penny more. My tire had a bubble on it and was splitting open.. a blowout was right around the corner. They truly do care and want you taken care of. I will buy every tire for every car from discount tire from now on!!! 10 STARS FOR JOSE??????????”

I had an appt at 8a soon as they come out the they call out my car to make sure I get in first, that usually doesn't happen, I usually make appts and ppl who walk in first get seen first so that was a major plus. “In full disclosure I went to Hamms tire to resolve my tire issue today. After getting disrespected at Hamms I drove to Texas Tires down the street. OMG what a huge difference. The owner helped me personally. It was pouring rain and they were getting soaked but made sure my problem was resolved. These dudes Rock. “Wow! Discount Tire is the best! Especially the one in Haslet! Very friendly, kind, respectful and SO HELPFUL! It just makes your day to come in! I took one car in to get my tires rotated- got it done ASAP - I did make an appointment. Then, two days later I had a flat on another car- dropped it off and it was done before my appointment time!! So I was able to pick it up early! And guess what?? You’ll not believe this, I wasn’t charged AT ALL - for either service!!! Crazy huh?
I always have felt I was treated so very special there too…it really is an exceptional place, so thankful!”
