I was an urgent need of a new gearbox for my classic when I called to check availability they said they had one left in stock but they closed in 30 minutes but my drive to get there was an hour and half with trafic. They offered to stay late and wait on me to get there ! Not to many people will do that so for a large dealer to care about a customer speaks volumes and I appreciate that!
