“Stonebridge Veterinary Hospital has taken care of Axel, my Great Dane mix, for years, and they came through again when I needed them most. I'm moving to Costa Rica and had no idea how much goes into getting a large dog cleared for international travel. The team walked me through exactly which vaccines Costa Rica requires, got him caught up in one visit, made sure the records had everything the health certificate needs, and pointed me to the right people for the rest of the paperwork. They answered every question without making me feel like I was asking too many. Myra in particular was patient and quick to respond. If you have a pet in Rockwall, this is the place. Five stars from me and a big thank you from Axel.”
“The best vet clinic ever! I had 3 small dogs 15, 14, and 16, and they have passed, now I take Harley (of Quinn) my mini Aussie and my Ferrett Buster there. They are great with my animals and not only give great care, but love and compassion and I'm so glad I started going there when my daughter in law worked there!

“I have to take a moment to brag about the outstanding customer service of Animal Hospital of Fate! By chance, I got a flat tire, and rolled into their parking lot on a smoldering, hot summer day. The amazing vet techs came out and gave us (me, my 4 kids, and our beautiful German shepherd cold water…and a bowl for Pepper) Connor and their whole team even helped change the tire!! We were actually looking for a vet, and I cannot wait to trust them with our newly adopted pup! ❤ THANK YALL SO MUCH”
“I took my great Pyrenees there today because my regular vet was out of town. My dog Athena has a hematoma on her earlobe. I had called three other vets and talk to them over the phone about her ear and they all wanted to do surgery which was gonna cost me anywhere from 1000.00 to 1500.00 depending on which one I went to. When I called Liberty Grove Veterinarian Clinic. The receptionist said I would have to bring her in and let the doctor decide what to do cause there’s several different treatments that could be offered. So I took a chance and took her in. I met Dr. Wallace. He was very sweet and kind. He’s a young guy and he was right out front with me and told me that he could recommend surgery but it’s not 100% and normally it doesn’t work anyway and it’s really a waste of money more times than not. The best way was to treat her ear infection, cause she had yeast infections in both her ears too and we needed to get take care of that problem, and hopefully in time that hematoma would go down on its own. He told me that draining it isn’t 100% either and more than likely the fluid would fill the earlobe back up. He explained everything very thoroughly to me and didn’t rush me or anything like that. It was a very pleasant visit and he made my puppy dog feel very comfortable while he was in the room with her. I love the vet that I normally go to, but this vet will be my go to when he’s not available for now on. Anyone seeking a vet I highly recommend this vet clinic.”

“2 weeks ago we had to take our fur baby for an emergency. Long story short our GSD was choking on a ball, unfortunately we could not help him as the ball was lodged too far down. We call Stone Creek while we were driving and they were able to get us in after hours. Doctor came out and explained exactly what our options were and in Faith I elected to have the doctor try and dislodge and remove the ball. The procedure entailed Keno to go under anesthesia The ball was removed. The staff was so accommodating. The doctor was amazing how well being a drive up Clinic. The staff still managed to check on us and see how we were doing. Even called the next day to check and see how Keno was doing.
I was unaware that this Clinic was so close to home and with the experience that I’ve had with this vet I believe we’re gonna be Keno there for his regular care. Thank you all at Stone Creek, Keno is doing well.”

“My family has been taking our pets here since the late 70s. It’s still as great service now as it was then. I took my brothers dog in and things went smoothly. We were treated really well. In and out quickly. his dog was a little leery when we got there. When they brought her out, she almost didn’t want to leave due to attention and great care she got from the staff.”
“The docs are very knowledgeable and take time with your pets. The techs are also amazing. I have a very difficult Corgi and they can always get his nails clipped despite the fuss he puts up!”
“Thank you very much Club Hill for providing Panda with great health care, nearly 14 years. She was my best friend and Dr Atwal was very gentle with her during the process. The staff was very kind and understanding. They comforted me in knowing it was a verry difficult time for me to say my goodbyes to Panda. Her pain is now over. She will always be in my heart and spirit. Also, in my faith, knowing that God will reunite us together when the time comes. Thank you Club Hill”

“I’ve been to this clinic twice in one week with my new kitten, and both the staff and veterinarians have been wonderful. I really appreciate that the ladies at the front desk always greet you with a smile. I’ve been to several vet offices in Rockwall, and at many of them the staff seem unhappy or miserable. A friendly smile truly goes a long way.
Our first visit was for a wellness exam after adopting our kitten. A few days later, he became sick, and they were able to work us into their schedule, which we greatly appreciated.
They do seem to be a little more expensive than some of the other vets in the Rockwall area, but so far, the excellent care and customer service have made it well worth it.”

“We took in an elderly shih tzu from an elderly family member who was so extremely matted from grooming neglect he couldn't go to the potty and you could tell was in pain. They were so understanding and accommodating and got us in immediate. They gave us several options and the groomer even offered to come in on her day off without pay if needed if we decided to put him fully under. I was nervous because hes about 15 or 16 years old and we had to go with a risky procedure due to funds but they explained the risks and did such a great job and got him on antibiotics and pain meds after. Hes now resting comfortably at home.”
“Dr. Tim helps us with our donkeys. Always kind and supportive. Had to euthanize our older mammoth, it was a terrible experience, but Dr. Tim was supportive with treatment and was so kind as we worked through our big girl's final days. He did his best for our beloved donkey. Could not have asked for more. So grateful for his steadfast support.”

“Although it's called Animal Hospital of Rowlett. So much more than that. We've boarded our dog's here, get them check ups and nails taken care of here... the 1 less star is because when i did have an emergency and went up to ask somebody to help, they didn't seem exactly willing to help me at the time then the lady goes it'll be 500$ and we might be able to see her. I can't do a might, I needed help than.She already had a appt the next day. What would have cost 500 for a might get seen, was 175$ including her medication, blood work and appt and nails.”
“I don't normally leave reviews but I am so offended by Brutus’ story.. I brought my dog Harley in for a routine checkup and abdominal xray as she was having the Hershey squirts for the past week before. We are sitting in the waiting room when all of a sudden this big brolic dog mounts my poor Harley in a fit of rage and lets nature take its course. No help from any of the employees! I have to remove this big horndog from my dear sweet Harley to save her from the horrors that awaited her! But I was too late!! Brutus had already finished the job and now my poor sweet Harley was going to be a mother to his offspring. We ended up bringing her back for the birth of the dogs and I have to say the service was much better this time! Very helpful staff.”
