“My precious boy Hershey passed away Monday evening, 3/18/24 at the age of 17 years old. I had for years already prepared to have him cremated at Pet Memories. I brought him in the next morning and I was able to get him cremated right away. Hershey passed away in my arms that night, and by early afternoon, he was home with me. The staff is great and caring. They will always be my first choice for pet cremation.”

I appreciate that they tend to my dogs accordingly as one is very laid back and chill and the other is extremely hyper and nervous. Dr. Hoag is amazing and thorough in her examinations. And, having Thrive pet insurance has helped tremendously with fees. I highly recommend Liberty Grove Animal Hospital to all local pet owners.”

“2 weeks ago we had to take our fur baby for an emergency. Long story short our GSD was choking on a ball, unfortunately we could not help him as the ball was lodged too far down. We call Stone Creek while we were driving and they were able to get us in after hours. Doctor came out and explained exactly what our options were and in Faith I elected to have the doctor try and dislodge and remove the ball. The procedure entailed Keno to go under anesthesia The ball was removed. The staff was so accommodating. The doctor was amazing how well being a drive up Clinic. The staff still managed to check on us and see how we were doing. Even called the next day to check and see how Keno was doing.
I was unaware that this Clinic was so close to home and with the experience that I’ve had with this vet I believe we’re gonna be Keno there for his regular care. Thank you all at Stone Creek, Keno is doing well.”

“My family has been taking our pets here since the late 70s. It’s still as great service now as it was then. I took my brothers dog in and things went smoothly. We were treated really well. In and out quickly. his dog was a little leery when we got there. When they brought her out, she almost didn’t want to leave due to attention and great care she got from the staff.”
“The docs are very knowledgeable and take time with your pets. The techs are also amazing. I have a very difficult Corgi and they can always get his nails clipped despite the fuss he puts up!”

The staff was very kind and understanding. They comforted me in knowing it was a verry difficult time for me to say my goodbyes to Panda. Her pain is now over. “Although it's called Animal Hospital of Rowlett. So much more than that. We've boarded our dog's here, get them check ups and nails taken care of here... the 1 less star is because when i did have an emergency and went up to ask somebody to help, they didn't seem exactly willing to help me at the time then the lady goes it'll be 500$ and we might be able to see her. I can't do a might, I needed help than.She already had a appt the next day. What would have cost 500 for a might get seen, was 175$ including her medication, blood work and appt and nails.”
“I don't normally leave reviews but I am so offended by Brutus’ story.. I brought my dog Harley in for a routine checkup and abdominal xray as she was having the Hershey squirts for the past week before. We are sitting in the waiting room when all of a sudden this big brolic dog mounts my poor Harley in a fit of rage and lets nature take its course. No help from any of the employees! I have to remove this big horndog from my dear sweet Harley to save her from the horrors that awaited her! But I was too late!! Brutus had already finished the job and now my poor sweet Harley was going to be a mother to his offspring. We ended up bringing her back for the birth of the dogs and I have to say the service was much better this time! Very helpful staff.”
