“Excellent if you really love your four-legged family member!!! My dog's ear was bleeding. He had an ear infection. I called Petmobile Pet Hospital, where I would normally take my dog, Dakota. They coldly just said no. I called Club Hill. The person who answered the phone was very understanding. She asked me to hold while she spoke to the Vet. They moved an appointment around and were able to fit Dakota into their busy schedule the same day. Petmobile might beat others on price, but I prefer quality and service over price when it comes to my dog. Thank you, Club Hill. We have a new Vet for Dakota.”
“Stonebridge Vet Hospital is a friendly place whose staff love the pets and care for them as if they are their own. My "Maggie Mae" loves to go to the "Beauty Shop". When she hears those words, she rushes toward the door! And, in times of "difficult" decisions, they are there to the very end and beyond. We love this place!”

“Our Saint Bernard went down and unable to walk. My daughter and I were unable to pick him up to move to the car. TE sent an employee to the house to help move him into the car and remove once at the vet. Unfortunately, after diagnosis we were unable to save him. They were very kind and gentle when he was euthanized and empathetic to my daughter during this emotional time.Thank you to everyone at TE veterinary clinic.”
“Our Alpha male Ilya was under the weather for a while, not eating well, barfing now and then, hissing and growling us, and scuffling with his siblings. Today, I took him to see Dr. Brent Brewer at Stone Creek - he meowed and snarled all the way out there. After Dr. Brewer and I talked about his symptoms, and he gave him a thorough exam, he diagnosed him with a urinary tract infection and gave him an antibiotic shot with a two-week activity span. Ilya calmed down within a few minutes, was quiet on the way home, ate better later on this evening, and is now sprawled out on the living room coffee table with his eyes closed, completely relaxed.Wow - just wow. God bless the folks at Stone Creek for their continued excellence in caring for our four furbabies.”

“I lost my baby yesterday and am so heartbroken. I called a local place close to my home and they quoted me over $400 for a private cremation and told me I had to wait for the director to call me back to let me know when I could drop her off. I found Pet Memories on Google and they were kind and the pricing was so much more affordable and I was able to drop her off right away. They included a nice box for her ashes with an nameplate and also made an ornament with a piece of her fur. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. I would definitely recommend them for pet cremation if you've lost a beloved fur baby.”

“I struggled looking for a local exotics vet and decided to take my African Grey parrot to Dallas County Veterinary Hospital. The office staff were very friendly and organized. The vet tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Shurtleff is very knowledeable and thorough in history taking and of avian medicine. He took the time to explain things thoroughly. They gave helpful educational handouts and customized instructions for the treatment plan. Unfortunately, they were unsuccessful at drawing the lab work as my parrot was uncooperative! The bill was extremely reasonable. Plan on moving the care of my fur babies to this clinic. Very pleased.”

“Our kitty received the most compassionate and competent care from Dr. Woodham and staff. His empathy and active listening made a very scary visit as easy as it could be. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was both honest and kind in his delivery of the diagnosis, while still giving us all the time in the world to process. We are so grateful for the care he provided Kephri today and for the care this office has provided our Akitas in the past. They are considerate of your schedule, needs, and budget. Can’t thank them enough and look forward to coming back soon- though hopefully for a routine check up next time!”
“Mia came in for a second opinion other than surgery, and Dr. Troy examined her, and recommended to take her off of previous medication and start the one he prescribed. Now mia is almost back to her normal self..thanks a million Dr. Troy for taking great care of Mia..”

“I’ve been taking my rottie here for about a year now and I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the Doctor. My pup can be a little tough to deal with sometimes but he always knows what to do to make him feel comfortable. Recently I had to leave him there for a few hours which made me a little nervous, but i knew he would be well taken care of. The doctor is also always very informative and he makes sure to answer all the questions I have. Definitely would recommend:)”
“I had to take 6 very large, very nervous pups for shots and check up. The staff was awesome. The dr. even fit my 2 females in the following week for spaying so we could make sure they would not be missed if adopted out. Now jist gotta get these boys neutered. And still need to find homes. God willing soon, they are listed everywhere.”

“Having worked in the veterinary industry for 2.5 decades, and then moving here from the West Coast, finding a new vet for my pets was a daunting task. I’ve always worked for the vets that cared for my critters, so it was hard for me to be on the other side of the counter, so-to-speak. So personable, friendly, and loved on my pups like they were her own! The staff is well-educated, courteous, and goes out of their way to help my dogs and cats feel safe and at home. “I went in due to my cat being extremely lethargic. After researching for hours, I came to the conclusion that my cat was dying. I took him in to euthanize him and stop the pain, but I still had doubts in the back of my mind. The Dr performed an X-ray, and I was sadly correct. They did not have to do that, nor did I even bring that up. They made me feel at ease with my decision to stop my cats suffering. They explained that he could have surgery, but it would be a lifelong battle, and that's if it was successful. RIP Salem, you left us way too early!”
“Although it's called Animal Hospital of Rowlett. So much more than that. We've boarded our dog's here, get them check ups and nails taken care of here... the 1 less star is because when i did have an emergency and went up to ask somebody to help, they didn't seem exactly willing to help me at the time then the lady goes it'll be 500$ and we might be able to see her. I can't do a might, I needed help than.She already had a appt the next day. What would have cost 500 for a might get seen, was 175$ including her medication, blood work and appt and nails.”

“I moved to this area recently from Dallas. I have unfortunately had to deal with several pet illnesses since I came here. I feel so very fortunate to have found this clinic and Dr. Clary. They are top notch and I am a very heavy consumer of veterinary services and know what I'm talking about. Everyone associated with the clinic is easy to deal with as well. I would drive from any part of the DFW to come there going forward. It is a 5 star operation all the way.”
