Anthony C. helped me get my battery switched out since It was under warranty and even did a check-up on my alternator and other diagnostic. Just moved into the area, and it was great to have a friendly and knowledgeable person help me at my new neighborhood store.

I just want to thank Juan and Sky for helping me with my car when AutoZone didn't even try to help me. AutoZone didn't even look at my car and they just pointed me to the battery terminals. Juan tried to help me, he looked at my car and tried to fix it. Sky also tried to look at it and fix it. That is Great Customer service. Thank you very much Juan and Sky for going above and beyond.

Thanks to the crew at Advance, particularly SKY, who helped me troubleshoot an issue with my tail lights. He potentially saved me hundreds of dollars! All the staff there has gone above and beyond, unlike some other auto parts stores I've been to. This is now my ONLY auto parts store.

Want to thank Sky from Advance Auto Parts in Helotes. I called this morning, and Sky was able to assist in confirming battery needed for my Camry, and was able to quickly replace and discard of my old Die Hard battery. Super thankful for his patience with my lack of knowledge regarding replacement needed. Overall thankful for the great customer service- quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic!!! Thanks again Sky! you deserve a raise sir :)

I walked in thinking I just needed to replace a turn signal bulb. Anthony C. was happy to help me find which one I needed. After heading home and replacing the bulbs, my blinker was still hyper-flashing. The truck needed a flasher and once again, Anthony went above and beyond helping me find the right part and even swapped it out for me. I greatly appreciate his help and would recommend his service.

I went ahead and ordered everything I needed before hand online. I went to pick it up after I wash my car. Everything was set as soon as I got there walked out within five minutes. Awesome service.
