“I had an appointment recently for a full SUV tint service. Not only was I treated so respectfully by staff, but they took all of the questions I had in stride. I left more knowledgeable than I went in, not just about the different types of tint, but many other services they could provide as well.
Sonia greeted me days before my appointment via phone call, to help inform me on the service that would best suit my vehicle and my needs, and basically hand held me through every option, and the purpose it served with intimate details. I ended up choosing the full ceramic tint on the windows as it keeps heat out, which is what I ultimately wanted. Then when I arrived, in person she verified once more with me via a walkthrough of my vehicle that this would be the best option for my car. She walked me through the process that would take place, introduced me to the manager, and the technician that would be doing the work on my car, and made me feel very taken care of. No questions were dumb questions with either of them, and I was very pleased with the work completed. I will absolutely be bringing my other vehicles to this establishment, as I can say confidently that they will do great work.”

“Here is my 1997 Toyota Chaser, the service I selected was the 2step polish at Pj’s shop. Being that this was my first time getting my vehicle’s paint serviced, I was very happy on how the work came out. Although I only purchased the exterior work he even went out of his way & vacuumed the interior for me. My 1997 looks nothing like the year it is now.

“I came in Thursday, 13 June 2024, for an emergency detail because my child had spilled an entire large matcha latte in our Ford Expedition. The day was pretty slow and this The Wash Tub location said could get me right in which they did. About 2 hours later I was told my vehicle was ready and, since I had my baby with me on that very hot day, I didn't inspect the vehicle (except to tell the manager that it smelt like dirty, mildew water) but went straight home to drop off my baby with my spouse. After I got home I fully inspected the vehicle to find that nothing had really been done but a surface vacuum clean that did not include under the 3rd row. The windows had not been done at all. The splash from the latte was still on everything that whoever had worked on my vehicle had shined up, so... shiny green stains. The cupholders had debris from our last lake trip in them. The carpet looked like someone threw dry shampoo on it then a bit of water then... nothing. It was matted and flat and gunky and smelled horrible. I was horrified; the vehicle had been decently surface clean (except for the accident area) when I dropped it off and only smelled like freshly spilled Matcha Latte (which is nice at first)... we clean our vehicle, surface-wise, regularly. Now it was disgusting and smelled disgusting too.
I went right back and asked to talk to a manager. Maddie greeted me and we went out to look at the vehicle. Once I had shown her a few of my concerns she quickly took it back for a more thorough look. It was near closing at that time and thirty minutes later she came back in very apologetic and asking if she could come pick my vehicle up for me in the morning. She walked me through my vehicle from front to back to show me that I was absolutely right, the vehicle had not been detailed properly and showed me exactly how she intended to fix it if I would give her the opportunity to make it right. I happened to have a free morning and she said she would be there first thing to get it so I said yes. I really loved how forthright she was about the mistake and how she wasn't giving me any run-around in getting it fixed. She even offered to let me use her car if I needed to get around while she was fixing mine.
The next morning she came at 8am to pick up my vehicle and got right to work. After about two hours and a half she returned to me a vehicle that not only smelled right but had received the full interior detail that I'd paid for. Since I am so sensitive to smells, she even used new sponges so that the leather conditioner wouldn't cause a problem either. The carpet was fluffy again and not matted and I didn't get any dirt up later when I checked. The third row was fully done and the windows were great. The consoles, shifter, cupholders, etc. had all been corrected and I was satisfied. She only missed a matcha splash in the cracks around two of the dials in the back and didn't mind at all to fix it. She had come prepared just in case with things to do quick touch ups in case I wasn't pleased.
Madeleine Walker really saved this experience for me. At first I thought I would never return here or to any The Wash Tub ever again and now I will. Everyone has bad days; I'm glad they were willing to fix what went wrong and that they could.”
