PNC Bank offers friendly and attentive customer service, with staff who are welcoming and quick to assist. Customers often experience quick service, usually in less than 10 minutes. The staff, including managers, are friendly, attentive, and willing to answer questions with a smile. While the automated systems could use some improvement, the excellent customer service makes the overall experience positive and pleasant for visitors.
The branch manager Shelby and Amanda were very kind and knowledgeable. They always are willing to help and they know who their individual customers are, a rarity in today's world. I can't recommend this branch enough.

I had a very pleasant experience! I have an injury in my right (dominant) hand, and Madison was incredibly patient and helpful with everything I needed. She even helped me take my card out of my wallet and held a paper for me while I signed. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes — truly excellent service!

Customer service was great. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Seems like the automated side of PNC needs some work, but the Customer service really makes up for it!
