Horrible customer service went in for a new card. Had the manager type in all the information incorrectly onto my new card. Wrong address wrong phone number wrong everything.
Now I'm having to wait an additional 2 weeks for my information to update by customer service and not able to use my card. Then you.
Have to wait another 2 days for the money.Orders to clear out and to be able to use it on your own account

Customer service was great. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Seems like the automated side of PNC needs some work, but the Customer service really makes up for it!

PNC is the worst bank in history, when you need to make a payment and give the info they need they can’t find info or account they have on you.
I need to make a payment, but the bill hasn’t arrived by mail. So what do I do, I go in person to get the bill taken care of, I let them know it hasn’t showed up and they ask for names I give them. Apparently they can’t find us on the system, so I ask how am I supposed to pay for the bill without the bill. We have been a customer since 2008 when it was compass bank, but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised why the place keeps getting renamed. You can’t pay bill online cause they don’t have that option, and you can’t do the bill without the bill stub. Seems this place only likes making money anyway possible even with late fees, to repair their tarnished customer service they damaged over the years. Since customer service fallen through the floor that people in hell get better service. There staff here lack training needed on situations like this, it confuses me on how in the world they can’t find any info on the account. Very Unprofessional, if anyone sees this close your account cause they only after there own benefit and not yours.

My experience with the PNC in Helotes was very disappointing. I was greeted at the door by the bank manager, Mr. Morales. I was trying to make a withdrawal and chose PNC because I have an account with the bank. However, Mr. Morales told me they could not help me. When I left I attempted the ATM outside but was frustrated by the fees I was going to incur as a result of using the machine over the bank teller. Overall, the experience made me feel unwelcome, frustrated, and embarrassed.
Later, I called the debit card company to confirm the withdrawal process. I went to another PNC location that had helped me in the past, and they were much friendlier and able to help me quickly and without issue.

Walked into branch to make a cash deposit. Was greeted at the counter by two, young men with the nastiest glares (as if I bothered them by being there). 2 tellers, 1 customer at the counter. And Me. No one other customers. Instructed me to fill out a deposit form. I said No. Then, He immediately demanded that I fill one out or he would not assist me. I have terrible health issues, and again refused to complete the form. I then told him that they have terrible customer service, and walked out the doors. I heard his taunting voice, “Thank You!”… very rude and outright loud. Wow, Racist Losers! I usually use the ATM only at this branch. I hate dealing with these people. It’s always a strange and uncomfortable experience.

I had a question and stopped by for a moment and the manager (Cheyenne) promptly came out to greet me and was very friendly. She answered my questions with a friendly smile! Very nice people.

Completely clueless, I’m glad I don’t have an account here. Just went to cash a check and was told I needed the other persons signature so I got that and returned only to be told they still wouldn’t cash it unless the other person was there and I needed a stamp from car leasing company…fine if that’s the policy but don’t give misinformation and waste everyone’s time.

Before the takeover there was friendly, fast service. Anything could be handled in location with minimal time. Now if you want to get anything done you may as well go through the app or online.

First, my comments are not directed at any particular branch but the bank itself. This is the worst clown show of a banking organization I've ever dealt with, forced upon me by the merger with BBVA. Customer service is horrid. One problem after another related to the mortgage side of the company. From actually losing my payments to forcing flood insurance on a home that is not in a flood zone (even according to FEMA maps). I'm am canceling all accounts. AVOID THIS BANK!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Lack of staff. Long lines inside branch. Unable to withdraw funds!!! PNC had plenty of time to prepare for takeover of BBVA bank where my wife and I had a checking account for years. This bank is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Potential customers stay Away and avoid this bank at all costs!!!!Just been notified by this outrageous bank that I am one dollar overdrawn and that if I don’t have my account up to date by tomorrow I will be charged an overdraft fee of $38.This bank is the worst!!!!! Greedy and lack of caring about customers!!Potential customers stay Away from this institution!!
