Everything was great - but I was most impressed by the staff. “Friendly” and “Helpful’ definitely describe Robert, Oscar, and Isiah (I think got those names right). I felt they all made an extra effort to be friendly and helpful - the bike, the ride (finding a nearby route to take), and Robert even helped me find a restaurant for lunch.

“I had very positive experiences in CrossRoad bikes. I visited last year when i started looking for a road bike to replace my then current gravel bike. I had multiple options between Cannondale, Cervelo, and others. Mike was very helpful then. I found a bike online months later that was cheaper in price, I called Mike and Sean and both gave me a better deal on my Cannondale Supersix Evo. I went ahead made the purchase, got the fitting done by Mike (it's spot-on), and when I had a minimal issue with the bike, they fixed it for free. Sean, Mike and the rest of the team are easy to deal with, honest, and very helpful. They've earned a long-term customer. I highly recommend paying them a visit and asking questions. you won't be disappointed.”

“Hank is amazing! And very reasonable rates. It is a real treat to go there and talk to him, and to marvel at this shop, as the building is from the 1800s and an historical site. But I wouldn't take my bicycles anywhere but there. Highly recommend.”
