“Decided to take my iPad mini 6 to this store to fix my screen. The guy who works there did an excellent job with my iPad making it like new with no problems. He provided me really good customer service that he was really nice guy which he also gave me $50 dollars off. I don’t regret coming there and I think I will come back to this store again if my phone or computer gets broken for it to get fixed again. I highly recommend to come to this store if you need a place to get your phone, tablet or computer fixed.”
“My 8 month old tv had a sensor issue. After troubleshooting with Samsung for over an hour they reluctantly agreed to send a technician since I was still within warranty. It was late Friday so I wasn't expecting to hear anything until Monday. Nope! PJ called me the next morning, I realized that he's about 2.5 hours away but he said he'd be in town the following Friday. I explained what was happen and he diagnosed over the phone and ordered the part he needed. Sure enough PJ showed up on time and fixed the issue promptly. Took him about 30 mins from start to finish.
