“This authorized Samsung repair location has replaced the battery in my phone twice in the last month. The second time was free per their 1-year warranty. Hoping Samsung provided a good replacement battery this time. The service team was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.”

They couldn’t help me, but I came here to the phone too and they fix my phone now it works like brand new they work, professional knowledge and here they do charging port LCD replacement bag, glass replacement, selling phones and more if Anyone has issue with the phone I recommend this location.

I took a battery in that I bought from Batteries Plus, initially the store rep Rita after testing said it appeared to be a dead battery possibly not savable, however she offered to put it on the charger overnight and as she promised she would call with an update as soon as she was in the store, without fail she did! and delivered the good news that my battery did charge and was indeed useable!!! RITA went above and beyond to help me AND saved me money from having to buy a new battery!!!!! this is my second time having to return to this store and both times have been the best experience!!!! I will be returning with other business they can help with like repairing my fob to another vehicle I have!!! RITA you are the BEST!!!!!!”

“I had contacted several places before landing here. Either A) they weren’t open or B) they seemed disinterested and intentionally overpriced to avoid the job and quoted a few weeks before I could get it back.
I called here beforehand and spoke with Elias. Told him I had a 75” ONN with a backlight issue. He told me free inspection and that was a first (everyone else quote $80-$100 to check the tv) so I drove right over. The shop is a little tucked away but super worth it.
Excellent customer service, quick fix, excellent price and great communication. They quoted me $250 less than the others, and had it ready the next day for pickup. It’s working like brand new and been recommending this place to friends and family.

“I purchased my CB rigs and had them installed about 4 years ago. The equipment was top shelf, the installation was the best and the customer service I received was great. Since the original purchase and installation, the customer service has been the best. A few weeks back my antenna was damaged by a drive through car wash. I contacted Clay's ship and he put me in touch with a tech who was his employee 2 years ago that has gone mobile recently. The tech met with me the same day I called him and fixed all of my issues. Plus, he tweaked my system and I am getting amazing performance. There is no better service, technical or customer, out there. Thus, my 5 Star Rating.”
