“Today was my second time trying to place an order. I first called the Goliad location manager, but they were not able to assist. Initially, I contacted the Goliad location manager, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist. The management promptly canceled my order. Just want to thank Esteban for taking my order and correcting it so I can have my items delivered on Friday. Thank you to Esteban at the Callaghan location. Thanks for providing great customer service we sure do need more staff like you.”

“I rarely do a review for Home Depot, don't ask me why. Sometimes I’m lucky on finding nice people that are willing to help, sometimes I don’t . But today was one those days I met this amazing young man who was the most helpful, caring, professional, looking to go and run the extra mile to help me. His name Vontrell. His parents raised him KIND, he would go higher in life! Good Job! I dare to ask, he has a degree in psychology! No wonder! He need a raise and higher opportunity with the company. He is rare. “I'm not used to going to home improvement stores so I felt a bit uncomfortable at first. I was looking for eye protection and was able to find the correct aisle. However, I wasn't sure as to which product to choose. Fortunately, an employee approached me and she helped me pick out the purchase I needed. I was very impressed with her, especially since I can't even remember the last time an employee, at any store, asked me if I needed help and actually assisted me in finding what I needed. I walked into the store feeling uncomfortable but walked out having a positive opinion of Lowe's.”
“Most of the time, I find the parts I need. Most of the time, the guys are knowledgeable and very helpful. I was there, and a young guy said, 'Sorry, we don't sell that pipe part.' However, an older gentleman came by and said, 'We don't have that pipe, but we have other parts that will work.' He was very knowledgeable and took me directly to the alternative parts. Thanks to the second gentleman, I was able to finish my repair that night.”

“We were doing a PVC pipe diy project for our baby. Went to Lowe's and they said they wouldn't help cut the pipe. So we gave this Home Depot a call to see if they would help us cut the pipes to fit in our car. Joel came to the rescue! No fancy saw, he just whipped out some PVC pipe scissors, measured and cut us over 10 cuts. We really appreciated his help!”
