“I just wanted to give these guys their deserved props! I have been hunting all my life out of Louisiana and decided to hunt something besides Whitetail! I killed an Axis and an Orxy in January 2025! Now I know these two animals are by far better meat but man this meat is good! They helped me figure out what I wanted and gave me stuff to try! This is by far in all my years the best meat house I’ve ever used. They have me asking what the heck my meat house in Louisiana is doing. I got so much meat back and to be honest I will not use anyone else. The meat is that good!! Thank y’all so much for the help getting it home and working with me. Wow what a meat processor! Awesome job guys you should be proud!!”
“10/10 highly recommend! Good selection for humans and dogs lol. Went there to get bones for my doggies. I was a bit confused when I went looking at the bones because one bag said “marrow bones” and the other said “dog bones” so that threw me off a bit and I had to ask the cashier to make sure they weren’t bones from dogs ??♀️? She was so friendly and pleasant and didn’t make me feel stupid at all. Will definitely be going back when we run out.”
“Meats are reasonably priced and usually fresh . Great for tortillas and vegetables for tacos and Caldo.Their Barbacoa is usually delicious. I’m a picky eater and a little bakery too”
“The Manager Here Is Awesome And So Are The Employees They Have No Problem With My Service Dog That Comes In With Me Usually Everytime iGo. They Have Amazing Meat Here , And The Lady That Makes The Tacos Is A Amazing Cook Her Food Is Beyond Delicious definitely Recommend This Place You Can Buy Gas , Lottery Tickets , Fresh Fajitas , Homemade Tacos , Or The Average Everyday Things That are Inside A Local Corner Store”
“The thing that really makes this place awesome is the butcher shop. They have this guy that works there since maybe January this year? His name is Michael-I had to ask-they didn't give him a name tag, but you can't miss him, big tall dude. He was super courteous, please, thank you-called my husband sir, called me ma'am. Nobody has manners like this anymore and I like that. He knew the products, too. He recommended this cheese called Longhorn cheese and told me how he makes a special sandwich with it. It was something I would never normally buy, but he gave me a tiny sample, and now I love the stuff and so does my family. This Michael J guy is awesome. The store could use a remodel, though-ugliest floors I ever saw, lol.”
“Nice place. It was clean and it has almost everything you could possibly want in a convenience store. Closes kinda early and opens a little later than I like but overall it's a top shelf neighborhood store.”
“As a native south side born San Antonian, Culebra meat market is the only place to go ,Fresh steaks all the time, Not HEB, I just picked up T- bones for $6.99 a pound,if you want to get the Chingas Dominguez go to HEB”
“Nice small store. I love their marinated chicken. They only have very limited supply should increase more items.
Updated 02/25: They have filled up more stuff. Clean looking as well. The cashier is very helpful with explaining the healthy herbal spices and other products.”

“This is the best Tex/Mex Carniceria if you like to BBQ, the Tex/mex way. Located in North West. They have, Brisket Centro, Fajita, Pollo, Costillas, Salchicha. They have varieties too, Wings, Pastor for tacos, Marinated chicken with achote, Imported Mexican drinks, etc. This was the best deal, as soon as I came inside knew this was the best spot in North West for weekend vibes cooking! “Ladies always bag it before I can get it in them.. so good at it.. enjoy the stares in the middle of the aisle standing tall and looking for what the next meal should look like.. I've been able to pick up and bring some home from there a few times and it was good. Some of the best I ever had.
They really know how to do it. Especially they can do it at better than my wife ever could...”
“Stopped at this gas station and was pleasantly surprised! I tried their special Akaushi Jerky, and wow it was incredible. I usually stick to Jack Link’s, but Bobby offered me a sample and it completely won me over. The flavor and quality were top-notch. He was super friendly and polite, and I really appreciated how welcoming he was. Next time I’m back in Texas, I’ll definitely stop here got get their jerky again. I consider it the best jerky I’ve ever had on the road, hands down. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re passing through!”
