Schott's Meat Market is a wonderful butcher shop and a treasure trove of quality, fresh meat. It is known as one of the best places for game processing. The quality of the meat is excellent, with a noticeable difference compared to other markets. Their Italian sausage is amazing, not fatty nor dry, and has enough zip. They offer a nice selection, including delicious items like chicken, sausage, jerky, chuck roast, bacon-wrapped jalapeño popper stuffed chicken thighs, and bacon-wrapped broccoli cheese and rice chicken thighs. The Parisa is also great. The shop is very clean with a friendly, excellent, kind, and well-informed staff who go out of their way to assist. Prices are reasonable and worth it. Of course, you cannot leave without trying the cookies, which are forever hard to resist. You won’t be sorry for checking this place out.
