Daryl was absolutely fantastic! I stopped in with a part I wasn’t even sure how to describe, and he figured it out in minutes. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help. He walked me through my options without rushing me and made sure I left with exactly what I needed.
It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, and Daryl really stood out. I’ll definitely be returning thanks to him!

I had an excellent experience with Daryl when I stopped in to get assistance with my Battery . He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my visit. Daryl took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. His customer service truly went above and beyond. Jimmy was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable in helping me find all things I needed for my vehicle in a timely fashion.
Daryl helped me on a previous occasion to get my new brake pads earlier in the week and was great in making sure I had the best quality brake pads!

I called due to me having a dead battery and Ricardo was extremely helpful on the phone. So, I went in to replace it and Warren changed out my battery and found out it was still under warranty. God is good and Warren is my hero! This location will now be my go-to! Excellent customer service! Top notch!

Called head looking for a brake pedal switch pad. Was told they had it in stock for a Toyota. Went store for a brake pedal switch pad. Found out the part on hand was for a Honda. I was assured the part fit Toyota. It didn't fit. Pretty disappointed.

I love O'Reilly's and it's definitely my go to place because of the staff. I visited this store in Helotes today and Rachel was so awesome and helpful that she actually made my day better. She is a valuable person to have on staff.
