I’ve unfortunately had to stop at the helotes area auto parts stores a few times over the years, but my experience with Charles today was by far the most helpful of any of the area auto part store employees. I’ll be be coming back to O’reilly’s now.

I called O'Reilly Auto parts 5 days ago and was looking for Bosch double iridium spark plugs the gentleman who answered the phone stated that they did not carry them they had to come from their warehouse and that would be have to special order and it has to route through customer service and then it should be in on around the 22nd of May which is today so I waited all day on purpose to make sure that everything was good and about 7:15 I called and the lady said that they were there and I would have to pay a shipping fee on top of the original cost and I said it's coming from your Warehouse I can be your competitors just special order from their house and just to have it delivered I said had I known that I would not have ordered I would have made other arrangements I said now it's been 5 days my car is misfiring and I really needed those spark plugs
Disappointed for sure I should have just ordered them from Amazon and I would have had them in 2 days as opposed to 5 days with surprise fees not good

My mom, dad, and I had been working on one of our trailers (specifically wiring and electrical) and had made a few trips here to get parts and diagnose the electrical issues. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for also having military discount available for veterans.

I was in there a couple days ago, needing to borrow the scanner to read my CEL. To the gentleman that helped me scan it, thank you for being quick and efficient.Now, to the “manager” or whatever position he holds you are the sole reason for this review. You know, I’m 28 years old and you looked at least double that. So it amazing to me that you need a genuine lesson on minding your own business.Look, Nobody likes to wake up and start their car and a check engine light pops up. Your comment of “oh Audi is gonna love you” after seeing that I had an engine light is completely unnecessary. I truly don’t need some an O’Reilly auto expert to make a comment like that. There’s honestly no reason for you to make any comment unless asked. Mind your business, plain and simple. Sure some tips that you may know that’s fine, but a snarky comment like that isn’t. I’m sure I’m not the first person you have decided to add your 2 sense in, should probably watch what you say to people. That’s my 2 sense.Funny thing is, Audi did love me. I took it there right after my encounter with the master mechanic at o Reilly. I went to there to make sure it was save to drive to the dealership. They ended up fixing the issue under warranty.
