“So thankful for STVO! I was happy to be seen without a primary vet referral. I was nervous about the cost considering its specialty services but was actually shocked it was much more affordable! The new patient fee was $225 and medication for my dogs ulcer was $250. They were able to diagnose him a lot quicker than going to a primary and suggested a 5 day follow up. This return visit was $135. I also very much appreciated all of the great knowledge shared on their site. That alone helped in understanding what treatments were available. Im very happy with the care ive received and happy to know i can go back with confidence knowing they give great advice and estimates of procedures”
“I’ve been going to this vet for the last 2 years and they have been amazing. At my dogs last vet they made him take pills to drug him before appointments but at GNWH he’s never needed that. They have worked with him so amazingly since the beginning. He needs no medications and they are able to do everything! Dr.Johnson has been great to work with!”
“I found this place when it came time to say goodbye to my dog of 14 years. From the first phone call to our final goodbye, this office was professional, kind, and compassionate. Each person that interacted with was so wonderful. They treated our situation, both emotional and financial, with grace. They treated my 9 year old son and I like actual people going through something hard rather than strangers there to pay them, unlike other vets I’ve encountered recently.

“I took my dog to get fixed. The intake took about an hour, but the savings on the procedure were worth the extra time. ($500 vs $150ish) The staff was very kind and explained everything. My dog was sent home with a cone and a few days of pain medication. It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend taking your pet here.”

“Dr. Shannon is the best veterinarian we have ever had. We have a whole zoo at our house, and we trust her with each of our furry family members.
We’ve had our pets go through highs and true lows, and each time we’ve been more than comfortable with their care in Dr. Shannon’s hands. You can tell she loves what she does as well as each of her patients. She goes above and beyond, will literally get on the floor with your pet to make them comfortable, and has kind and patient energy.

“We visited Guilbeau Station animal hospital for the first time, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed. Wonderful staff !!!!, but Evan truly saved the day. My dog unexpectedly got loose almost ran into the street, nearly getting hit by a car. Evan reacted immediately and stepped in without hesitation, keeping my dog safe. His quick action, calmness, and genuine care meant everything to us. That moment alone showed how much this team truly cares about the animals they serve. Highly recommend this place!!”

“The staff and doctors here are amazing. I bring my 2 Belgian Malinois and they are wonderful with them. Not all vets are comfortable handling working dogs, but they are. That was a big reason I chose this location, which is nowhere near my home, but is worth the drive.”

“Not only do they have the best vet, Dr. Purkey, they have the best vet techs. Specifically, Sarrah, Samara and Gracie. They are some of the kindest and compassionate people we know. When my senior pittie was in her last days, they handled her with love, grace and kindness. she felt that love until the very end. It meant the world to us. Now, with my senior chihuahua, they love her so much, are so gentle and attentive to her. They aren't just vet techs, or friends, we consider them a part of our family. I cannot thank them enough for all they do!”

But Dr. Wendel is the complete opposite—he genuinely understands and is there to help, offering safe and thoughtful options for their care. I am beyond grateful for his compassion and expertise! “If you have a sick cat there is no better place to take your baby than to Dr. Leland. As we millennials say, I would die 4 her lol. My cat has had the worst luck with vets that were either not as experienced with cats as Dr. Leland is or didn’t seem to care to actually investigate my cats issues truly unless she was gasping for air or at death’s door. Tiger is barely 6 pounds and has had chronic lung issues for years. 3 vets and 3 years of searching for someone who truly cared enough to actually try and save my cat and not let her condition continue to worsen with no hope. She is extremely thorough, constantly adding to her repertoire of knowledge on feline diseases, caring, thoughtful, and amazing at what she does. I really cannot write enough about her. She called me after reading a new book specifically about my cats symptoms from a local feline expert and we now have about 5 new things to try that not a single other vet ever once mentioned. And things I can do in her day to day environment as well to try to aid those more medically based things we’ll be attempting. She’s a very special vet and if you’re a smart cat owner you will take your baby to her.”

“I can’t say enough about San Aerobic, I was referred by a neighbor when I had a septic emergency. We had just moved in weeks earlier and had another company come out initially took them 3 days to get out and then they did some type of temp fix because not even 12 hours later it was alarming again. I called San aerobic and the woman on the phone heard the panic in my voice and made sure the tech got out there same day, as the previous company had given me another 3 day turn around. Casey came out fixed the issue explained to my husband what was wrong and what the alarms meant. We signed a service contract that day. The level of costumer service and professionalism is amazing. We’ve since been able to call Casey personally any time we have had a question and he has answered with out fail!”

“Our Senior dog (Scooter) has been with Banfield since he was a puppy 16 years today. When we arrive I am always greeted and checked in right away. The staff are always friendly and ask me if I have questions or concerns. All the vets over the years treat Scooter with care and love. Now that he's older the vets give him a room to wait in so he's comfortable. Best decision I made signing up with Banfield they are 100% pet lovers and want the best for our loving pets. Definitely would recommend their services.”

They were incredibly professional and kind throughout my entire time interacting with the staff.
Unfortunately my cat did not survive his illness and I cannot overstate how nice and accommodating the staff was. Dr. Powers in particular I remember but the vet technicians were also very nice to me and my cat.
I know they did everything they could and I would recommend this office to any pet owner.”
“My cat needed treatment that day. They happened to have an available appointment & I grabbed it. Checking in was easy as they had gotten copies of his records from his regular vet. His treatment plan was tweaked to one which I could afford . Plus they provided a free initial office visit for new comers. The clinic was clean and the employees were caring & considerate. I was informed of the treatment with explanations given throughout our visit. I appreciated Dr. Wilson & his clinic & would recommend them for your pet’s needs. They also gave me a free initial flea treatment, which was a treat.”
