“One of our main rigs, an F550, blew the main brake line feeding the rear brakes. We were able to get the line replaced ourselves, but couldn't get the entire system bled back down so save our lives. We were in a bind and needed to get this truck back on the road for an urgent job the next day. James was fantastic. He worked us in that same afternoon, got the brakes bled properly, and back on the road. He even found another safety concern that that we're going back in to take care of today. Also, thanks for switch the ball on the hitch! If it took 4 guys on a cheater bar, there is no way we would have ever gotten it free!
