“My hometown is Giddings although I have not lived there since 6th grade and moved to the Houston area, we always stopped here whenever we visite Giddings for events with relatives still living, I now live in the Galveston, Texas City area and occasionally make the trip to buy the pork & beef sausage or by a case of 50 lbs for birthdays, quinces, weddings it's the best tasting sausage i've found in Texas and I have tried many whenever I drive thru some of the other named places and none beat the taste it has little fat so you have to watch it when you put in the pitt or oven. love it with scramble eggs breakfast tacos. Service is always great and the price is reasonable. most other popular sausage links run 7.99 or 8.99 a pound where this place is under 5.00”
