“I cannot say enough great things about Classic Collision and the incredible service they provided! This was actually my second time trusting them with my vehicle, and there was no question about where I wanted my 2024 Tesla Model Y repaired. I drove all the way from Lake Charles, Louisiana, specifically because of the amazing work they did for me the first time and once again, they exceeded my expectations.

From beginning to end, the communication and customer service were outstanding. Chris kept me informed throughout the entire repair process with phone calls and text messages, so I always knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. That level of communication gave me so much peace of mind.

I also have to recognize Mrs. Beverly at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing! She helped coordinate everything with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and saved me so much time and unnecessary running around. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire process so much easier.

And the work on my Tesla? AMAZING! When I saw my car, I honestly had to look twice because I almost didn’t recognize it. 😂 It looked brand new like it had just come off the assembly line again! The attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality of the repair completely blew me away.

I am truly grateful to the entire Classic Collision team for the quick responses, excellent workmanship, communication, and outstanding customer service. When you care about your vehicle as much as I care about my baby, you want to know it is in good hands, and Classic Collision has proven to me twice that I can trust them.

“John and all his staff at hometown auto is wonderful people. I had to have my rear shocks and my purge valve replaced. I took it to him Monday morning and they were done by that evening. Went to pick it up and drove off and it made a small noise (I didn't know) so I told him about it. He said bring it back and they fixed the small hiccup after hours and told me I could come get it in the morning. I did and it has been wonderful. So I give them high praise.
