This was actually my second time trusting them with my vehicle, and there was no question about where I wanted my 2024 Tesla Model Y repaired. I drove all the way from Lake Charles, Louisiana, specifically because of the amazing work they did for me the first time and once again, they exceeded my expectations.
From beginning to end, the communication and customer service were outstanding. Chris kept me informed throughout the entire repair process with phone calls and text messages, so I always knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. That level of communication gave me so much peace of mind.
I also have to recognize Mrs. Beverly at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing! She helped coordinate everything with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and saved me so much time and unnecessary running around. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire process so much easier.
And the work on my Tesla? AMAZING! When I saw my car, I honestly had to look twice because I almost didn’t recognize it. 😂 It looked brand new like it had just come off the assembly line again! The attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality of the repair completely blew me away.
I am truly grateful to the entire Classic Collision team for the quick responses, excellent workmanship, communication, and outstanding customer service. When you care about your vehicle as much as I care about my baby, you want to know it is in good hands, and Classic Collision has proven to me twice that I can trust them.

“I bought a 2025 Truck through Gabriel/Jordan Chevrolet, and the salesperson Jacey was as professional as you can get new all about the truck and answered all the question and concerns, I had. If you need a new are used vehicle, I suggest going to Gabriel/Jordan in Henderson. Chris the finance manager was also very professional even though I went through my bank to get the truck. Also want to mention the delivery person Marcus he was the real deal very courteous and friendly.”

“Took a '97 Toyota T100 in to repair drivers side door panel & electrical that had been torn lose. Electric windows were not functional. We were told that replacement parts would be difficult to find. That they may not be able to repair issues. We left @ 10:30am. They called us around 2:15pm same day to report everything was repaired. Impressive service on an older vehicle which has a lot of sentimemtal value to my Mom & I. Thanks so much! Highly recommend!”

“John and all his staff at hometown auto is wonderful people. I had to have my rear shocks and my purge valve replaced. I took it to him Monday morning and they were done by that evening. Went to pick it up and drove off and it made a small noise (I didn't know) so I told him about it. He said bring it back and they fixed the small hiccup after hours and told me I could come get it in the morning. I did and it has been wonderful. So I give them high praise. If you need anything fixed take it to John and staff at Hometown Auto. Wonderful people!!!!!!!!!”

“Got a bad tire during icy storm, make sure you guys check used tire b fore leaving, I didn’t get tire fixed for 5 days later, because it was flat, couldn’t get out of icy storm to bring back to them. It has been hell trying to get to work”
