“It's definitely FIVE STARS from me! My family was stranded when our starter gave out while visiting family the weekend before Christmas. Glen's shop was the only one open in the area on Saturday. I called and Glen was a actually out doing last minute Christmas shopping and the shop was actually closed. Despite this he came to us, towed us to his shop. He had to get 2 different starters to find one that worked like it was supposed to. He was fast, his pricing was EXTREMELY fair, and he charged his personal plans to help us out. Thanks to Glen we were up and running and back to Ft Worth.”

“August 11, 2023 we were on our way to Galveston, TX from Indiana to go on our cruise. that afternoon I heard a pop and had four of five wheel studs break on my rear back tire. we called anyone we could in the area and automotive super was very helpful and have a great recommendation on a tow service that did everything right. we showed and an employee was working on something after business hour and took a look at our situation. we heard we were going on a cruise the next day and did what even at one point was going to use a personal part that might have worked but unfortunately didn't. “John and all his staff at hometown auto is wonderful people. I had to have my rear shocks and my purge valve replaced. I took it to him Monday morning and they were done by that evening. Went to pick it up and drove off and it made a small noise (I didn't know) so I told him about it. He said bring it back and they fixed the small hiccup after hours and told me I could come get it in the morning. I did and it has been wonderful. So I give them high praise. If you need anything fixed take it to John and staff at Hometown Auto. Wonderful people!!!!!!!!!”
