“I wrecked my car in taxes. I live in Florida and I was working in Pennsylvania. My situation was complicated. Everyone was very pleasant and with me working tons of hours it was very easy to keep the communication open with text and leaving messages I have not made it back into town to look at the car, but my daughter has sent me pictures of the car. Looks great. I had some complications with the insurance payment and they helped me to make sure it went smoothly.”

“Took a '97 Toyota T100 in to repair drivers side door panel & electrical that had been torn lose. Electric windows were not functional. We were told that replacement parts would be difficult to find. That they may not be able to repair issues. We left @ 10:30am. They called us around 2:15pm same day to report everything was repaired. Impressive service on an older vehicle which has a lot of sentimemtal value to my Mom & I. Thanks so much! Highly recommend!”

“John and all his staff at hometown auto is wonderful people. I had to have my rear shocks and my purge valve replaced. I took it to him Monday morning and they were done by that evening. Went to pick it up and drove off and it made a small noise (I didn't know) so I told him about it. He said bring it back and they fixed the small hiccup after hours and told me I could come get it in the morning. I did and it has been wonderful. So I give them high praise. If you need anything fixed take it to John and staff at Hometown Auto. Wonderful people!!!!!!!!!”

“It was Monday morning after the Easter weekend. We were travelling and the exhaust system was making noises I might have appreciated when I was a teenager. Chuck said I could come in around 9 AM. He diagnosed the issue and showed me what was up and what he proposed to do. The pipe connected to the muffler was rusted through and disconnected. He would cut out a section of pipe, and replace it. Less then 30 minutes later the job was done, and my truck was ready to go. His charge was so reasonable that I tipped him 20%. Chuck knows what's he's doing, is honest, and does fine work.”

“It's definitely FIVE STARS from me! My family was stranded when our starter gave out while visiting family the weekend before Christmas. Glen's shop was the only one open in the area on Saturday. I called and Glen was a actually out doing last minute Christmas shopping and the shop was actually closed. Despite this he came to us, towed us to his shop. He had to get 2 different starters to find one that worked like it was supposed to. He was fast, his pricing was EXTREMELY fair, and he charged his personal plans to help us out. Thanks to Glen we were up and running and back to Ft Worth.”

“People and experience was friendly and courteous! Product Ram 2021 1500 had driver-side rear bumper damage! That cost based on warranty/as is clause is now at my Cost! Dealership needs to do better for the COST FACTOR-checking Fenders/bumpers/suspension/lights etc! Pleased with truck! Purchasing a used/newer Vehicle is not cheap-added xtra costs immediately is NOT BUYER FRIENDLY OR expected!!! Do BETTER!”
