“I had a crack in my radiator that had a major leak.
I called at 8 am on 1/15/2026 to have it looked at. No charge. They found the issue. We discussed what was needed and they got the part and coolant. The quote to repair was fair compared to the large corporate companies.
They worked in a timely manner to get it repaired. Very respectful and professional.
If you live in Overton, New London and surrounding areas, I highly recommend this company.”

“Automotive Super Center in Kilgore changed the oil and rotated tires on my wife’s Mercedes GLC 300 SUV and did it for approximately half of what the Mercedes dealership charges us. Most smaller shops cannot change the oil in this particular vehicle and told us we’d have get it serviced at Mercedes. So I was thrilled to learn that Automotive Super Center can do it! We will definitely go back next time service is due.”
“I went in to get the air conditioner fixed on my pickup truck, and the truck was diagnosed quickly and within a couple of hours, I had a phone call saying what was wrong with it and approved the repairs and now that I have my truck I can confirm the air conditioner blows so cold that a penguin got in the cab of the truck with me but within 30 minutes it got so cold the penguin got out and caught the last train to the coast. 5/5. Highly recommend.”

“So I bought a car on May 14th 2024, and I had an issue with the transmission bracket, I was sent to F and F transmission, They fixed my car I was prepared to pay something because I know that it takes time and labor to fix a car no matter the problem.
But they didn't charge me a dime. The people that work at Fand F transmission are good wholesome HUMAN BEINGS, you dont find kindness like this anymore, This really meant a lot to me. I know if any other problems arise with my car that will be the only place I go. It's in you best interests to take your car to Fand F if you have issues with your car you won't be sorry and neither will your car.”

“While traveling I hit an object in the road and ruined my wheel and tire. After trying several places to find replacement I found Pattersons. The service department was awesome. “The most kind and professional auto shop that I've ever visited! I was in a total panic given the estimates I received for my busted door & after explaining that I didn't need anything pretty, just to restore function; Mr. Reggie was able to do just that. Not only did it not break the bank (nor take months like the Hyundai dealership did my last visit), it looks good to boot and I had zero issues with any leaks when I took my car through the car wash. The hinges actually feel better now compared to before so I'm very grateful. His wife, Ms. Marsha, was incredibly gracious to pick me up when the car was ready and I can't thank her enough as it spared me walking over. All around quality service and good people, highly recommend 10/10”
