Disgusting customer service. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager does not care and does nothing about the way her employee treats her customers.

Wish I could give them negative stars tbh, RUDEST and least accommodating employees I’ve ever seen in a customer service job. PLEASE go find employment somewhere you want to work. God be with you, you gon need it

Have tried numerous time to use this post office and ALWAYS met with attitudes, disrespect and even laughed at for asking for stamps! The most unprofessional place I have ever attempted to do business with. I will definitely was gas to go to Kilgore or Longview before stepping back into that post office!
