“Absolutely...I recommend this place! Cleanliness, friendliness, and interesting attractions for a large group or family make this a great pit stop on 287! The Barbecue smelled delicious but we didn't stay to eat...electric charging units for Tesla and such were numerous...the dinosaur attraction on the corner of the property was very cool! Overall, this was the perfect place for our carpool of 4 vans and several SUVs to stop on our way to Dallas!”

“Allsup's convenience store is a good place to go when all the other stores are closed you can get just about anything you want gas prices are fair ice cream Coke drinks anything really to eat that are small items lot of bread and good friendly service so if you're out of butter and it's 2:00 in the morning go to allsup's convenience store I'll see you there”

“I usually try to go to an Allsup's when I can. Restrooms are usually clean, gasoline is normally less expensive, there are LOTS of goodies to choose from as well as fountain drinks and a wall of bottled and caned drinks to get you on down the road on your trip. And don't forget about their famous fresh burritos, chimies, and other freshly cooked items. You can usually find at least one Allsup's in many towns in Texas.”
“The best BBQ I ever enjoyed in a gas station for sure. Probably some of the best BBQ I have eaten on the road anywhere. Friendly and efficient counter staff. Tried the brisket and the pulled pork both are great. Coleslaw and rosemary potatoes are good.”
