“The guy that helped us with my packages had great customer service. Even though I was a little irritated that they closed soon and I needed to fix something on the package, he had a good attitude about it.”

“It is interesting that I happened to come to this Google review today. I wanted to leave a note about the two ladies that work there. They are always very kind and knowledgeable.

I happened to see the review from some gentleman named Shiro. The funny thing is that I was two people behind him in line when he had his interaction with the clerk at the counter.

He came in yelling about a package. The lady kept trying to ask for information to assist him. He kept yelling. The gentleman ahead of me even told him to calm down and give her the information she was requesting so that she could assist him and we could all move on with our lives. The Gentleman who left the review continued to be aggressive to the point it made me uncomfortable.

The clerk informed him that he would need to go to the post office that delivered his mail on 19th St.

From reading his review it seems he did go there and was assisted.

The moral of the story is be kind. Don't be aggressive and make people uncomfortable. As some one who witnessed your behavior, I wish I could give you a star rating as a customer. It would be a negative one.

“The ladies here are great I'll say that, they arent the problem. I've been frustrated with them at times but it's not their fault. The system the usps has created is the problem.”

“Update: We recently rented a P.O box from this location so we are going here a bit more. The staff here are great. The last time I went the postal guy was very nice and explained that he just put out the packages and gave me a general idea of when to arrive for them. He was very kind and even went and got them instead of sending me there. Very good employees at this one. Some post offices are so-so but I really enjoy coming to this location My first time talking to the employee in this post office. I was mailing a if it fits it ships package. First they did answer the phone. I went very early and was there about 10 minutes before opening but had to stay in the car instead of standing in the lobby since I can't stand a real long time yet. She answered the phone when I enquired about the operating hours. They opened promptly at 7:30. I don't usually ship these type packages. She was very helpful. I was grateful and thankful for her advice. Sometimes I think that the post office gets judged a bit harshly. In my experience some don't want to be helpful and others really do care about you. I would give five stars but I only have had a one time experience w an employee from here. The positive experience Does influence my desire to return though. Update: Had to mail a letter in a hurry and got some cheap envelopes but they had a hard time sealing closed. When I bought a stamp at the post office kudos for the lady saying yes to putting some tape on the envelope for me.”
