“I had the best experience at this post office location! I have very bad anxiety and I had to mail off something for the first time and was super nervous about going to the post office. The two ladies working at the counter were so sweet and helpful. There was also thankfully no one else in line at the time! They helped me figure out what envelope I needed and walked me through each step and even let me write everything out at the counter since no one was there. They were kind the entire time and if I ever need to mail anything I will always go to this location!”

“I’m not the type to make reviews but I have to say, Gwen is a rock star holding down the passport process in Waco. We all know the passport process can be a real pain but Gwen helped me and several other people out the entire way and even made a copy of paperwork I needed. She was busy as could be but only had positive and funny things to say. Couldn’t have better things to say about her. Thank your local post office employees because they are some of the workers that are the backbone of this country.Thanks again Gwen!”

“We have a great carrier, Wendy, who works during the week. She is wonderful! Her weekend relief driver is ok with letters, but often I have noticed him skip our house when it's a package, citing online "incomplete address" or "delivery attempted" as the reason, bumping the delivery back a day, so Wendy delivers most of those packages for him on Monday too. She deserves a raise for putting up with it.”

“Passport appointment went smoothly. Mrs. Ruby was wonderful and walked my husband and I through the whole process. We did show up 15 minutes early like stated we should do when we made our appointment. Mrs. Ruby did state that she gives 5 minutes for those who are running late. Our appointment was at 10:45am so we there at 10:30am. The 10:30am appointment was not present so Mrs. Ruby let us know that if they (10:30am appointment) were not present by 10:35am she would attend us. Which is fair, I believe since the 11am appointment was already present as well. I suggest you come the 15 minutes before your appointment since it’s one of the only post offices in Waco that offers passport and pictures. Promise you won’t be the only one there for a passport.”

“I don't have any problems with this particular post office, and all the employees have been extra friendly to me.I also found out today after renting a new P.O. Box, I was able to activate a no-cost premium service called "Street Addressing", and that gives you the ability to receive mail at your P.O. Box for senders that refuse to send certain items to P.O. Boxes, simply give the sender your P.O. Box Street Address, it's simple! 4428 N. 19th St. UNIT # (REPLACE NUMBER SIGN WITH YOUR P.O. BOX NUMBER), next line Waco, TX 76708. Be sure you have this free service activated in the settings page of your P.O. Box information on the main website. You will also have to sign a consent form, but it's extremely simple & easy!Don't forget to take advantage of the free supplies & priority mail cardboard boxes that are offered online!! If you want some of the tape that USPS provided before at no charge, all you have to do is call the toll-free number to the USPS Supplies Line and order it over the phone.”

“Update: We recently rented a P.O box from this location so we are going here a bit more. The staff here are great. The last time I went the postal guy was very nice and explained that he just put out the packages and gave me a general idea of when to arrive for them. He was very kind and even went and got them instead of sending me there. Very good employees at this one. Some post offices are so-so but I really enjoy coming to this location My first time talking to the employee in this post office. I was mailing a if it fits it ships package. First they did answer the phone. I went very early and was there about 10 minutes before opening but had to stay in the car instead of standing in the lobby since I can't stand a real long time yet. She answered the phone when I enquired about the operating hours. They opened promptly at 7:30. I don't usually ship these type packages. She was very helpful. I was grateful and thankful for her advice. Sometimes I think that the post office gets judged a bit harshly. In my experience some don't want to be helpful and others really do care about you. I would give five stars but I only have had a one time experience w an employee from here. The positive experience Does influence my desire to return though. Update: Had to mail a letter in a hurry and got some cheap envelopes but they had a hard time sealing closed. When I bought a stamp at the post office kudos for the lady saying yes to putting some tape on the envelope for me.”
