Pet-Friendly Restaurants
Oma Leen's
111 Pecan Street, HicoI always enjoy my food and the service at Oma Leens. Today, I placed a hamburger order to go for an elderly cousin in a local nursing home. He shakes when he eats. Thank you for taking times to cut and prepare it just right, so he could handle it himself with dignity. He savored every bite! The burger was presented in the best fashion and do easy for him to handle! You guys are the best!

2nd Street Social
204 2nd Street, Hico2nd Street Social is such a special place. The coffee was delicious, and the French toast and bacon, egg & cheese bagel were both so good! But what really makes this place stand out is their mission—everything is donation-based, and the owners are committed to giving back to the community.
If you visit, please go above and beyond when you pay if you’re able. Your generosity helps them continue doing what they do and pouring back into the Hico community. Great food, great coffee, and an even better purpose.
