They have been providing the service for years and they do not change, one hires them out of necessity, they leave you with the storage charges because they do not pick up on time, it is always the same, you ask for a car transport from x city with time so that they do not charge you surcharges, and They always do the same thing, they pick him up a week and a half later, they tell you that day he gets up and one is confident and it's not like that, it's always another week. For the rest, there is no problem, the cars arrive just as they come out of the auction, not like other transports that take parts from them.

HORRIBLE customer service especially from the lady that answers the phone. She talks to you as she is doing you a favor. You have to follow up with everything, as you should, but you if do it they get upset for calling them.

They bring your car on time and for a decent price but the way the forklift damage yours cars is unacceptable they have them bouncing around like a toy and don't seem to mind at all when they bump your car with the forks not to mention the forklift operators really don't seem to enjoy there job at all always rude
