There was a system glitch the following day that sent me a new contract by email, when I called the location and spoke with Jacob, he said he would look into the issue and call me back by the end of the day, but it took him less than 5 minutes to call me back explained the issue and put my mind at ease, now that's excellent customer service.”

“Unfortunately we had mice in our unit but Coach did everything he could to help us out. If I would’ve gone move frequently, I probably would’ve caught the mice and prevented the small damage that was done to my things. Other than that, we had a good experience. Great customer service and always secure.”

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Dave Mediola is the definition of 3D — Dedicated, Determined, and Devoted — and he truly lives up to every one of those words. From the very first conversation, Dave brought an energy and professionalism that instantly put me at ease, even though my move was complicated and had a lot of moving parts. He didn’t just “do his job” — he took ownership of making sure every single detail was handled so that my move was as smooth as possible.
What really impressed me was how proactive and organized he was. Dave even set up meeting reminders so we could coordinate every step, knowing I was moving across the state and had a local stop along the way. That extra thoughtfulness made all the difference and kept everything on track without me feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
And let’s talk about his personality —not only is he bilingual, he’s got that upbeat, DJ-style voice that makes you feel like everything’s going to be fun, not frustrating. His positive energy is contagious, and even on the most chaotic moving days, he somehow managed to make me smile. He truly cares about his clients, and it shows in how he communicates, follows through, and checks in to make sure you’re comfortable with the process.
Moving can be exhausting, but with Dave, it felt easy, even enjoyable. He’s not just helpful — he’s a problem-solver, a motivator, and the type of person you instantly trust to get things done right. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. If you want someone who’s going to make things happen, keep you organized, and treat your move like it’s his own, Dave is your guy!

“Extremely nice managers and great location. The biggest downfalls are the inability to access in the evening (no gate access after 6 pm) and the fact that you cannot pay using electronic means. Those are the only reasons we are moving out.”
