“I had the pleasure of being contacted due to me having a total loss, by Mr DeUndre Warren. He made this process simple and easy. I let him know my budget and what I was looking for. Enterprise has so many options to browse but Mr Warren did the leg work for me. He picked up the vehicle I wanted. Had it cleaned up and ready for the test drive! I am overly satisfied with my purchase. This is my 3rd car I’ve got with Enterprise and I couldn’t be happier. Even the approval process was quick and easy. I was in and out in a jiffy! “The reservation/pick up of my rental was quick and easy. After making my reservation online it took no longer than 15-20 minutes to verify my information and check out the vehicle to note damage or anything on the vehicle before I was on my way. Returning the vehicle was just as easy and even more convenient/accommodating because I returned the vehicle to a different location after notifying the original return location that I was dropping the vehicle off at a different location. The best part other than the ease/return of the vehicle was that my rental deposit was returned in a timely manner (within 48 hours).”

“I rented a care July 24 - July 31. I could not ask for a better experience! I reserved the car online and when I got to Budget, there was a duplicate paid rental. Justin was very helpful, he showed me the number to call, the reference number to give them and was overall - very courteous and helpful! My car was ready - I just needed to give him my driver’s license and I was gone. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The return was even easier! I will be renting from this location again when I need a car.”
“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”
“I had a very difficult time finding a rental car agency that would pick me up after the only car I had was totaled in a car accident by my wife after making several reservations with other rental car companies I spoke with Brendan and he was able to make an exception since I was a couple miles beyond the distance for pick up. He made the reservation for the perfect car. He sent a driver, very polite gentleman named Eric who was prompt and professional, as well as courteous and once I got there, I saw Brendan and thanked him and then Taviee Took me out to the car. I walked around it and gave me the keys. Help me brief through the waivers so I can get on my way. I really appreciate these guys. This team is an excellent team and if they were more like that at the other rental places, I wouldn’t have to come here, but because I did and I found them I will be using enterprise and specifically this location all I can thank you guys so much for helping out during your stressful time for me. It was greatly appreciated.”

“We had all kinds of problems at Enterprise, we called Hertz and they had multiple cars to chose from, picked us up and we were ready in 20 minutes with our rental. The guy was super nice who checked us out. Will only use them from now on! Also, got a WAY better car than the Camry that Enterprise tried to put us in!”
“Overall great experience with this Hertz. To get my issue out of the way - the insurance couldn’t get a hold of them, and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for the better part of an hour and a half. Otherwise, confused on the lower reviews than this. Staff was friendly, put me in basically a souped up newest model version of the car I was already driving, and got me in and out quickly. Once team picked up the phone they worked promptly with insurance to straighten everything out. I just think people are less likely to leave a review on a service that goes “as expected.” In my experience there’s no reason to be turned away from here.”

The vehicle was clean, and really nice too.I was surprised to find such a fantastic price, last minute, on the weekend, and such a wonderful vehicle too. Other companies had either nothing to offer or they wanted hundreds of dollars for a single day.I will definitely chose budget again over their competitors.I would like to see the direct line to specific locations being answered more, but I am happy they have been so busy.Keep it up guys, I appreciate the hard work!”
