“My first day in Texas and my truck got hit. These guys did everything they could to get me into a rental. I had a previous do not rent from Illinois after making a smaller than a dime spot on a car bumper. The manager did some magic after I showed him the picture and got me into a rental. Put me in a full-size rebel ram. Him and his staff were amazing. The level of customer service I received that day and others went above and beyond my expectations. I've never rented from an enterprise rental store that was this friendly and professional. Whomever trained this team did an outstanding job. Great job team! Thanks for all of your assistance and kindness!!”

“Javonte is the man!!! He was so open and honest about an online rental I made for a large SUV which I needed to have first thing in the morning (like 7am sharp), and he was willing to call their distribution center, call me back, then contact his counterpart at the 2401 Stemmons Fwy location and secured a large Full-Size SUV for me that was being returned to the other AVIS that afternoon, then he called me back again to confirm that it would be waiting there for me to pick-up at 7am the next day. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is pretty dang near dead in this country, but Javonte stepped up and delivered big time and saved the day! Thank you Javonte!”

“I understand local rental locations have less availability than airports, so I won't dock any stars for that - but keep in mind that due to the limitation, cars may not immediately be available.

That being said, the customer service was great. Alex did his utmost to get me a car ahead of my scheduled pickup time, adjusted the reservation to ensure every convenience, and was super thorough in explaining everything. I felt very comfortable during the whole process and was happy with the car. The location is conveniently located next to a gas station, and ride-sharing options after drop-off are plentiful.
Would definitely use again. But make sure to call ahead and check if and what cars are available.”

“I rented a care July 24 - July 31. I could not ask for a better experience! I reserved the car online and when I got to Budget, there was a duplicate paid rental. Justin was very helpful, he showed me the number to call, the reference number to give them and was overall - very courteous and helpful! My car was ready - I just needed to give him my driver’s license and I was gone. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The return was even easier! I will be renting from this location again when I need a car.”

“Due to transmission issues with my car I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for a rental vehicle. My car is under warranty, but the dealer's are all backed up so it will be a week before they can diagnose and determine it is an issue covered under warranty, at which point they will put me in a rental. That being said, Justin, was one the most helpful and genuine rental agents I've ever had to work with. He got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't try to up-sell me on coverage I had already declined and got me out the door as soon as I came in. This location is in a totally random shopping center, but if you're close by and in need of a rental I highly suggest giving them a shot.”
