“I have been going to this location longer than any other location and they have always been great! They are in a fairly convenient location, accessible from University, Sunset and Carroll. If traffic keeps you from turning from Carroll, there is a light between the Kroger shopping center and Sunset. You can also enter through the Auto Zone on University and the parking lot takes you straight back to here. This is one of the few locations that I have always seen at least 2 people working the drive thru windows every time I've come through. They also have 2 ATM lanes and though they stay busy, they are moving at a decent rate. Though these machines aren't brand new, they are well maintained, are rarely down and never stick or freeze. These are a very dependable option anytime you are in the area. The staff inside has always been friendly too, but like most people I prefer to keep these types of errands to the drive thru so I can get on with my day. I have had several times where I had to go in to handle some business and it runs a little slower in there, but still faster than other locations. The building is starting to show some age on the outside, but no more than any other in the area. The inside and drive thru are well maintained.”

“Love this place. Got my first credit card here, diving into the real world of banking so it has a special place in my heart. The staff here is the of super friendly variety that you would expect from tellers. I'm not in town often but there are still quite a few ladies here that remember me and my mom even asking how school is and remembering my major and so on which I can say half my family doesn't even know. They always get me the best deals to keep from getting fees with my often spermatic balance and never judge me for my odd requests like to get a quarter out of my checking account. The only thing I would wish for is an ATM outside in the front rather than just the car one when they are closed. I will often go to the one further down after hours because the get down ATM is honestly more convenient to me.”
