“Black Tie Moving was recommended to us by our Dallas realtor. They were very easy to deal with and setting up the details of the move was easy. Our movers arrived on time and took great care in wrapping and protecting our furniture. Super nice and polite young men, they were extremely hard working and efficient. Moving is stressful but Black Tie made this move for us as stress free as possible. Unloading at our new location involved using a freight elevator (that broke late in the afternoon) and putting down protective flooring in the hallways. The movers handled it all with calmness and got us moved in and ready to start our time in Dallas!”

I needed to store my cars for a short time. So naturally my first choice was this location because I have used this storage facility several times in the past 13 years...they have always treated me very professionally.
But this time I was treated like ROYALTY!!!!
WOW Mel was SUPER HELPFUL!!!!!!
We spoke on the phone first and she kept trying to meet my storage needs. It took some doing but she was a trooper and kept on it until she was able to. She even waited until after I got out of work so I could come to the location and complete the transaction.

“Everything was fantastic from the initial inquiry to after move in follow up!! Unit was clean and access to the gate and climate control building is conceit the app! I was glad to get a unit here as it appears they move fast. Highly recommend this location!”
“We currently live with family as our financial situation is difficult, but because we cannot use the storage of our hosts, we were forced to rent a storage unit.
After a few months, our rent was raised (which we thought odd, but I had this happen before with a separate company, so I knew this happened). We were disappointed but quickly forgot about it due to a new baby coming in.
Well, this past May, we got another letter alerting us to another raise in rent. We really cannot afford for our storage to be one of our largest bills, so I called in to our store.
The manager we spoke to, Kevin, immediately got to work on the issue and brought us down to nearly half of what we were told would be the new rent.
Not only did he do his job, but he was also very kind, straightforward, and I got the sense he really understood from our perspective.
As someone who had worked in customer service, I can say with confidence that he is one in a million and should be treated as such.
